    paint drips

Had some chips in my brand new cars paint. They re-did that, installed a new windshield among other things. Paint looks like garbage. Windshield area is now making a noise, due to something being improperly installed. They left the inside of my vehicle dirty. Was a total hack job. Brought it to their attention, the guy was nice but if they can't get it right the first time I wouldn't trust them a second time. Luckily, my insurance is sending me somewhere else to get it fixed. Might be okay for an older car, but they're obviously either very inexperienced or just don't give a crap about the work they do.

Scheduling a repair is easy, you can call or do it online and if you need to make adjustments they're accommodating. They work directly with insurance so you only have to pay your deductible and then they'll bill the rest to your provider. It was a little difficult to find a drop off time that they had available that worked for me but I didn't mind waiting and then having a convenient option. I showed up with my car and they quickly assessed the damage. I had some damage that wasn't included in my insurance claim and they offered to try to fix it too and make sure it was affordable. Once we determined the damage I signed paperwork and they helped me get a rental car. The process was seamless and pretty quick. The agent I worked with was very friendly. They text you updates about your vehicle and keep you in the loop as repairs occur. They seem very thorough and repairs are guaranteed for life which is awesome.

I was told this was worst case, but they barely had it ready. 2. I had asked if I need to remove my aftermarket camera and RV battery. I was told no and that it would all be set back up. It was not... 3. The bed of the truck was not fully bolted back on. I have photos. 4. The ground wire that prevents the car from catching fire while refueling was not connected properly. 5. There was a "hot" wire dangling that could have easily shorted out my lights. Satisfaction with customer service? 3 (10 point scale) Pleasant enough, but they told me they would call when the truck was ready. They didn't. I arrived 30 minutes before close to find out that they lost the paperwork.
