I said yes and he jumped right in and began helping me. In no time, he was called over head to go to the front of the store. He later found me in the store and told me that some people (with a small child and an animal) had arranged the huge boxes of furniture in the very back of the store, to block off an area that they could set up as a place to live inside. They were not there at the time , but the police and investigators were called. A customer just happened to be searching thru the large boxes for a specific piece of furniture and found blankets, stuffed animals, a small bowl of water and a few other items. She reported this incident.

At any point and time, the associate and the manager could have told me to reach out to customer support because they do not have access to do so. After messaging several people at customer support, I believe them, associates are probably told not to offer that information.
