I explained our situation and asked for Mrs. Rosche's direct email so I could follow up, but he said he couldn't provide it -- even for existing clients -- and that appointments could only be made online. The earliest available slot was three weeks out, which was far too late given our deadline. The only option he offered was to email him so he could forward my message to her. I followed up by email that same day, but never received any response from Mrs. Rosche. Fortunately, we had reached out to other attorneys, otherwise we would have been left completely stuck.
