The staff was nice and friendly, very attentive. The game was fun, I couldn't get my husband to leave golf but it was fun. The food was great. Dear Westay,…read more Firstly let me tell you a back story on why we chose your hotel. I have family that lives in the area, their house flooded in 2016 we rushed down to help gut the house to prevent further damage all while they are tucked away at your hotel (formally Staybridge) with their two doggie kiddos. They RAVED about your hotel! So a year later when we planned a family trip there was no other option than to stay at your hotel. Our 4 kids loved the movie room and the pool and my husband and I loved the fact that there was free breakfast and dinner 3 times a week! For 5 days our stay was around 950 I think. Fast forward to Thursday 2/24/22 my husband and made a business trip and decided to to surprise my family in Louisiana. By the time we got there we had been on the road for 24 hours, we ate dinner and proceeded to your hotel. When we entered the gentleman behind the desk was talking with someone, he stopped and greeted us and checked us in. He told me the price was $243 plus the pet fee $258. Little expensive but we're tired. We head to the room and we realize this is not the same great hotel we once stayed at. Theres a large stain in the bathtub, the walls are dirty, you can tell where the plaster has gotten wet and not been fixed so expected mold there, look at the ceiling and it looks like its been flooded from above and theres mold on the ceiling AND on the back of the bathroom door, the door itself had spots and hair on it. Back in the main room part of the flooring is up but its fine a table leg was set on it, theres something on the counter thats a white powder, the plaster around the air unit is peeled off and on the floor, the bed was so creaky from the metal springs and the frame that we tried our hardest not to move, the phone line was CUT(which I would think would be against some sort of regulation) and there was no Bible. The stay was not worth the money. All of this and you are worried about my 8 year old dog peeing on something. I am attaching pictures for your viewing pleasure.

Pond Solutions killed all 4 of our Koi Fish. I wish I could give them a rating of negative 5…read more Regretfully, we hired Pond Solutions to do routine maintenance on our small Koi pond that we "inherited" from the previous owners of our house. We paid monthly. They were supposed to come weekly and as needed, to test the water, clean the pond, and check the overall health of the environment. They actually showed up to do what we were paying them for about 10% of the time. Sometimes well over a month would pass and they wouldn't show up until we frantically called them because the fish were dying. Most recently, they had not serviced the pond in well over a month (although they always billed us for weekly service and we always paid). The air pump continuously lost power and we started calling them....placed at least 100 calls over a 3 week time span and always got voicemail. They never responded to our many messages. Finally, a few days ago, ALL FOUR of our beautiful Koi fish DIED!!!!! The pond is filthy and it brings me to tears, thinking about what a horrible, slow death they endured because of "Pond Solutions" neglect. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!
