I probably came out spending $160 or so. I bought quite a few things that could be signature pieces. I think it will depend on your style. A lot of items I can see being more 70s or 80s. Retro throw back, coming of age movie type vibes. We spend a lot of time there because of the vibe as well as just looking through a bunch to find what we could. For plus size I wouldn't say there was a lot but I like accessories and other things so I still found it worth while. Because the clothing is more vintage sizing can be different but anyone who thrifts kinda knows that. I thigh the cashier was nice. Saw some regulars that she was friendly with.

Buyer Beware!!!! SARA AUTREY of Get Shredded Vintage Baltimore (3813 Falls Road Baltimore, MD…read more21211) sold me a pair of sunglasses sitting casually on a table at that "vintage expo"at Craft Union Brewery on Sunday in a random open case next to her rack of old dirty T-shirts for sale with a price tag of $25 while also reconfirming the price of $25 when I asked. She swiped my card on square, gave no paper receipt, and said it would be emailed. When I got home and looked at my emails there was a charge of $2650.00 on my credit card!!!!! She won't return it, sent me a slew of nasty disgusting messages, and has had her friends harass me online. She needs to pay me back immediately and let me return them. What she did is deplorable. The only thing she shreds is your credit card and her reputation I guess now!!! SNAKE!

i'd say you'll enjoy this spot if you know what you're in for…read more the photos we saw on the website left us thinking we'd be in a large, almost warehouse-type set up. our eyes must be off though, because this spot is relatively small. nevertheless, i was able to find two items i was pleased with on pricing and quality. there are premium modern brands along with true vintage pieces. the owner was in and was super pleasant and kind. no complaints about customer service from us. i'd say the pricing was fair for what they have and in our current economy. i spent $9 on a pair of lace stirrup pants and $14 on a cropped acid washed black denim jacket. the pants were fashion nova so i would have not minded them being marked a bit lower, but the jacket was 7 for all mankind and i felt the price was great for that. overall? decent little spot. we drove in specifically for this shop, which i'd say is unnecessary, unless you're a die hard thrifting addict, given it's size. BUT - if you're in the area and enjoy thrifting, absolutely stop in and check them out!

This store is PACKED with all sorts of vintage finds. I bought a couple pairs of cool earrings! However, the real star of the show is Vanessa herself. She's absolutely amazing. From vintage to rugs to local cards and gifties to posters and paintings--you will find a reason to buy for others or yourself. Saw some great locally-made cool and funny cards (lots of Jewish or Yiddish-themed! A plastic coin purse that says "bagel money"!), a midcentury foot stool, a Woolworth's red baskets rack (!), flip books and lots of great home accents or possible gift items. Prices are reasonable. And, if you need help, the shopkeeper is knowledgeable about everything. Definitely a hidden gem of a place on Falls Road to browse for gifts or home accents that's easy to walk or drive by. But don't! Stop by--you won't be disappointed.

Rather than vintage furniture (of which they have a little in the store), I definitely think of it as a shop specializing in decor and tchotchkes of a vintage nature. She talked about in that era there were many rap artists that came out with designer brands. Thinking nothing of it I bought the jacket and someone pointed out to me I was wearing !!!PUFF DADDYS, brand SEAN JOHN!!! I had expected to view another store of hers, and when I called merely asking for an apology, as I thought the sale was deceitful and she knew its P.Diddys, she dismissed me and hung up. I probably brought in the most business as I bought other garments too. Now when I look at even these other garments it puts a bad taste in my mouth. Absolutely unacceptable

Sadly it was priced at $150 but looking around the store they had a great selection of winter coats priced around $20-40 with a faux fur snow leopard coat for $40. I grabbed a fur stole that was in need of a little care but for real fur, I definitely got a great deal. Also Tuesdays are Draw-A-Discount Day and I got 20% off! They also had a range of suits (range $25-75 with St John on the higher end) and blazers for $10 and up and the day I went, had suits and blazers for 40% off. They also had a table to men's shirts brand new with tags still on them, for ladies doing early Christmas shopping. The store is very well maintained and the associates were super sweet, putting jackets I wanted to try in the dressing room. They had a mix of high items with some Jimmy Choo and Burberry flats on display. I definitely got some great deals and when I was rung up, saw the cutest leopard Ferragamo flats in the display window. Unfortunately they are a size 6, so whoever is lucky enought to have small feet can get a great deal! I will definitely come back and see what other great deals I can find!

Don't get me wrong, I take no issue with charging more for better brands, but prices between $60-$75 are unreasonable for a charity thrift store. Goodwill may do the same, but not to the same extent. This is NOT a thrift store - it is more on par with consignment prices. I just don't like that they get these clothes donated and then mark them up and call themselves an 'affordable thrift shop'. It's false advertising and frankly - especially considering their likely exemption from taxes - a little greedy.
