I would like to thank my Massage therapist Heidi Horn for the wonderful painless full massage I…read morereceived. This was my first massage whereas the therapist hit the right points although I have a lot of scar tissue from previous back surgeries. Not only was she very compassionate but she was also insightful about my Neuropathy condition in which I experience chronic nerve pain daily for the last 15 years. Its not easy with folks with our condition to be ok with massages but I would advise anyone with a disability or pain to take this on with Heidi. Will be making monthly appointments.

I have been coming to Olea for about 6 months now & have been working with Jamie. She is AMAZING. Our first couple sessions consisted of her finding stretches and other movements that tend to my needs specifically. Once we were able to locate where the issues were stemming from, I noticed immediate improvement! Jamie is very understanding and extremely patient, as when I first came in to Olea I felt as if I have tried everything else & this was my last hope. Now I can move freely again! I am so grateful to Jamie and the rest of the Olea community!

I can't believe I haven't written a review for Olea yet!…read more My fiancee found Olea for me. I tweaked my shoulder pretty severely the night before a big performance and as the amazing person that he is, he googled Olea and booked an appt for me that night with the session being immediately the morning after. Already, 5 stars for being able to accommodate me within less than 12 hours and he was able to pre-pay them as well! My therapist, Katie, worked with me to fix me and relieve my pain temporarily but the best part was that she gave me exercises and showed me how to relieve pain on my own. That was gold! She was so. freaking. good that immediately after I started seeing her once a month for close to 6 months. During this time she really took the time to assess me properly, work on specific areas and cater my sessions to me + my body. Every session was phenomenal and I really learned a lot. Now I go back here and there. I can go back to get some real bodywork done or I can go back when I just feel like I need a zen, relaxing massage. I love that I can get whatever type of massage that I need in that moment. This is truly a gem in Charlotte! Definitely love the staff and the receptionist. I won't see anyone else. I've gotten massages on various vacations (resorts, cruises, etc) and it's an on-going joke between my fiancee and I now: He'll ask, "Is it Olea-good?" and I always respond, "Nope." because he knows how much I rave about them

This place offers average Thai massages in a clean environment, but its business management and…read morecustomer service are lacking. They charge in advance for the full service, and while text reminders and confirmations they only email when canceling appointments. They do not automatically credit back your card when canceling on their side either. It is on you to request a refund. Also they do not answer phone calls or chat messages in a timely manner. It's a poorly set up system that takes no accountability and neither does the owner. For better customer service, consider Key of Life Wellness Center.

We got to the room and stripped down and had an alright massage. The ladies would ask us our preference for the massage and I needed it softer at times and harder. We were also given the lavender oil option for $10 more to which we declined as the regular oil sufficed. The downside is there was no hot stone like I'm used to getting and the ladies talked to eachother laughing for probably about 10-15 minutes of the whole massage. Sometimes they would whisper but I wanted to relax and just hear the sounds of the music. The massage oil was also on the other side of the room instead of them having it nearby so they would have to stop at times and walk all the way over to reapply. We still tipped them $20 each but next time I would do single massages to avoid conversation during my paid time. I'm glad I could finally stop by and experience it after always driving by it my whole life but for the price I could get a better massage in New York.
