I'm sure it also depends upon individual experience and that probably can vary greatly, depending upon your cleaner and needed interaction with the office staff. This review is based on our experiences over the last two years with Two Betty's. As you can tell from my rating, we are very satisfied. We have been lucky to have one consistent cleaner (Victor), who does a consistently excellent job. My interactions with the office staff has also been excellent. They are very accommodating to changes, both in terms of hours per visit and rescheduling when we are out of town. The price is based upon the number of hours (we use their services two hours per month and the price is quite clear and consistent. We started Two Bettys based upon a recommendation from our daughter, who is also quite happy with their service. Originally, we started because my wife had some surgery and our original intention was to stop the service when she recovered. However, we were so pleased with the results, we have continued using them, even though we reduced the number of needed hours per month. I hope that you will be as pleased as we are.

We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. I found Happy Earth through a neighbor recommendation. Someone from their company came out and toured my house. They asked me specially what I wanted in my cleaning. This was so helpful! I was able to point out areas I wanted extra attention. They have now cleaned my house twice and they do such a wonderful job. They send me a recap email each time - such a personal touch. I can only say good things about Happy Earth and have already recommended them to many people!

Then I hired them to do a 'Deep Clean' at my friend house. Again, an excellent job. They wiped down walls and ceilings and cleaned where I didn't expect them to clean. The shut off valve was old and broke when he turned it off and they handled this like champs. He even said I could hire a plumber if needed and cover the cost to replace the valve. Luckily that wasn't needed and it was an easy $20 fix which they still insisted to pay for. I really appreciate how they handled this. I would highly recommend these guys!

WARNING: The Maids are not what they seem. I had hired The Maids as the company had top ratings as…read morea cleaning service. I had the service just over a year and the team broke items in my home not once, but TWICE. On September 30, 2023 I received a call that a vase had been broken. Catching me out of town for a conference, I told the woman I would call her back. Only the number she provided wasn't any good, so I let it go. Then on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 I noticed the tile in my master bath shower had been severely cracked and huge pieces of grout were missing. I contacted The Maids immediately. The manager, Lynn, said they had someone on staff that would look at the tile but having been burned twice, I declined. Lynn also informed me that no one on The Maids team remembered cracking the tile. I did however, inquire about the damaged pottery they had promised to fix. Lynn mentioned they had purchased me a new piece and it would be 'hand delivered within the week'. Never heard anything again. My house is new (completed in late 2020) and one tile expert looked at the damage and discovered it had been incorrectly installed with no adhesive, which may have contributed to the breakage. However, he was unavailable for months so I called The Maids back requesting the name of the person in there office. He was on vacation (of course!) and they promised to get back in touch. Unfortunately I had also suffered a fall being in extreme pain was not particularly nice with the receptionist, Ash, who insisted I didn't need to talk with a manager. In the course of the conversation, I had mentioned the cracked tile was not properly installed. When I finally reached The Maids again, the receptionist responded that their person, Dan, was too busy, then went on to say, "And you said the tile was incorrectly installed." WOW. She blamed me for a situation caused by the builder. Unbelievable. Still in excruciating pain, things were said that shouldn't have been on my part. But The Maids refused to take any responsibility for the damage caused on two separate occasions. Ash sent me a list of referral from Dan and the tile was repaired in days. I was paying The Maids over $600 a month, their team broke two items in my home, while also damaging the blinds, and no one accepted responsibility. I've found another cleaning service just as good if not better for $200+ less a month. If you like being blamed for damage you didn't cause, lies, and no follow through, The Maids is for you. If you've been a victim consider legal action or contacting the MN Attorney General. Businesses like this should not be allowed to get away with shoddy service and blaming the victim.
