We had the privilege of requiring care because our family of five was exposed to a strep throat infection. So our family which consists of three adults and two children were seen in less than 1 hour and we were engaged and updated throughout the entire process. To add to the complexity of my family you must also understand that all three adults in my family are registered nurses and have extremely high expectations of healthcare when it's being provided to our family. We discussed this urgent care visit and we are all just so impressed with this place that we will return to this urgent care at the moment that we have another concern. We will definitely be repeat patients here. We are sold with a front desk clerk who was awesome, the nurse, and the paramedic that Captured our vitals we friendly & efficient, and lastly, but certainly not least the awesome physician was so SO empathetic in his care & approach we are just overwhelmed by the superior quality of the care we received . I have wondered on many different occasions if physicians even care about their "bedside manner" anymore because it just seems sad because Everyone is in a rush and no one takes the time to be polite and listen anymore. But today I was changed and my family has been educated that awesome "bedside manner" DOES still exist. I will go to this place a million times over. I would trust this urgent care with any of my family for ANY condition. BOTTOM LINE: This facility cared about me, about my family, about my money, and about my time. Recognizing these symptoms to look out for while I was being treated at Baylor Hospital, I drove a few feet to Frontline ER. Once again, biggest mistake. My left side of my body (hit by a car) was throbbing and my head felt like it was splitting. I was wheeled into room 6 with no one but myself. Then Dr. Aaron Love walked in and stood six feet away from me and asked "What pain can he help me with". I explained the symptoms I had and he diagnosed me with having an anxiety attack! All this, while not once examining me! This is the same dr a few years ago that wrote me meds for the flu at 5 in the morning. At the time, he told me that I should've had it filled that day he gave me the hard copies. I asked both the nurse and dr for a return to work note and their response was "you got here on your own then you should be ok at work". Per nurse, "we do not give out return to work papers". So unless you're dying.....go somewhere else or just go to work. Dr. Dodging is as useful as an unused ashtray. No scans were ordered because I came to the clinic on my own. At least Dr. Dodging dressed the part.

A few weeks went by and we started receiving bills from Quest diagnostics. The bills were not small. She called Quest who told her she had to speak with Lifestream. She spoke with Lifestream who told her she should not be receiving a bill because she paid in full. We continued to get bills. Every month we repeated the same dance. Every month we were told we shouldn't be receiving a bill. She messaged Susan Harris herself who assured us she would personally take care of this. It's the very end of June and we received yet another bill saying it is past due. This isn't rocket science, it's not even as difficult as traditional medical billing where you have to go back and forth with insurance to get paid. This was a cash payment. Simple. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they can't handle something as simple as a cash payment, I'm not sure how they could even begin to handle the complexities of treating patients. Those days are clearly over. This place has gone completely downhill. The front desk staff is now rude, dismissive, and downright condescending. They'll slap you on hold without a word, then speak to you like you're an inconvenience for daring to call. On weekends, you don't even get a proper provider, you get some PA shipped in from another location who's just going through the motions, literally checking boxes with zero care or attention. The final straw came when I left an honest (and negative) Google review. Instead of addressing the legitimate issues, PA Derek Hazelwood personally called me out in the most unprofessional way possible (during my appointment) and actually suggested I stop coming to that location. Let me save you the trouble, Derek, I won't be coming back to any Total Men's location. After this experience, I'm taking my business (and my health) to an entirely different practice. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Total Men's has clearly stopped caring.
