Attorneys that do not communicate, attorneys that get nothing done yet keep asking for more money. Attorneys that do not fight for the paying client, but on the contrary, seem to be favoring the opposing side. None of these were the case with Natalie. She and her paralegal were caring, empathetic, reassuring, intelligent, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and if that weren't enough, made me feel as if I were their only client the entire year+ that I worked with them. They never made me feel like I had asked one too many questions or that their very busy schedule was beyond their taking the time I needed. Natalie always communicated within 24 hours and 99% of the time, responded the same day. She was continually working on my case to move it forward. She was always a step ahead of me, consistently communicating what the next steps were. If I asked her a question, I never got a short, pacifying answer. She not only would answer my question, but explained the law around the answer, what our options were, and how to move the case forward. She was impressively creative in the ways she came up with to handle each issue that arose in the divorce process. When Natalie said she was going to do something, she did it. Without fail. I don't believe I could have ever gotten better representation than I did with Natalie. She fought for me as if she were fighting for herself. She conducted herself in a highly professional and knowledgeable manner before the judge and with the opposing counsel. I base my above stated personal opinion and warning upon the following FACTS: #1. My partner and I were represented by this firm in regards to the 2015 (completely settled in 2018) real estate related civil suit filed in Maricopa County, AZ. This firm consistently generated on their own, and sent me MULTIPLE account statements, over a multitude of months, indicating and assuring me I had a ZERO balance, YEP, ZERO, and I never heard another word from them, as one would expect.... end of story?? NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Any reasonable thinking human being would be led to that conclusion, BUT this doesn't describe reasonable thinking individuals. Well, fast fwd almost a year later after receiving all the ZERO balance statements, only to get served with a surprise lawsuit in 2025 (by this owns firms Partner's little shady side hustle "collection agency LLC" PROFESSIONAL ACCEPTANCE LLC), making outlandish claims that we still owed some sort of debt, via an "assigned" debt from this firm. SAME BAD ACTORS, just conveniently operating under this new name. Worst yet, they had all of our current contact info, yet instead of simply reaching out and even attempting to resolving the matter or clear things us they just plowed right ahead to run us over without any warning (I warned you this would involve unreasonableness). It should also be noted that my partner hadn't been ever contacted in any way by anyone since 2018, NOPE, not even a single time. #2 (Can't even make this kind of stuff up, it actually happened possibly due either outright harassment/vindictiveness or a data breach/breach of confidential client information) This firms partners, acting through and on behalf of their "collection LLC", took my partners PERSONAL INFORMATION and filed and publicized it in completely unrelated Court pleadings, which is a public forum, that had absolutely NOTHING what so ever to do with them, nor involved them in any way, shape or form, in support of asking the Court to approve Alternative Service for one of their other "victims" that they were having trouble getting served with their latest lawsuit, outright falsely claiming that my partners info had anything at all to do with this person. So, you can plainly see what lengths they'll go to. **BEST PART OF ALL THIS: When all of the above stated was brought to their attention, they flat out refused to even respond or offer to correct THEIR ERRORS and instead insisted upon proceeding with the lawsuit, flat out refusing to acknowledge correct THEIR mistakes or be held accountable for any of their egregious actions. I have emailed Stephanie and get no response. I have called and called and called and never get a call back. My sister has tried calling and calling as well with no response. This law firm is being PAID by my family to take care of my mother's estate. Also, to help distribute funds to any children of the estate. I would not need to call everyday if Stephanie would see to it that my sister pays us what is owed from the estate. The lawyer is supposed to be helping the siblings. However, Stephanie is not helping at all. At the moment, I just can't recommend this law firm. I feel like this firm does not see my sister and I as human. I feel like we are just another family with estate issues that should not be a problem in the first place.
