We were in a hospital full of specialist and NO ONE can figure out ANYTHING regarding what's going on with our son. The gastroenterologist is saying it's hematology problem and the hematologist is saying it's the gastroenterologist problem .. the (GI) doctor went above and beyond to try to help figure out what was happening. We truly appreciate her and her efforts. However, the hematologist made us feel like we were a bother to him and didn't want to run any test and asked the basic questions, like what's wrong.. then stated, I don't feel this has anything to do with hematology and left it like that! Didn't try to dig any deeper. We felt like we weren't seen nor heard! The most memorable nurses were Ross and Gino. They provided exceptional care. The compassion, professionalism, information given, and they answered our questions w/o making use feel like they were dumb questions (even if they were) Ayden, one of the nurses aide, was outstanding. He was always checking in to see if there was anything needed. Anytime the help light went off he was here w/o hesitation. read more

Yes I lost my dear dad! Unfortunately I trusted covenant hospital and I was assured they were taking good care of my dad! But, they failed, they neglected to do proper practice to make sure he is getting right treatment, they didn't pay attention to his CT or any other lab results that was done, and they left him unattended without any proper monitoring, and he died of heart attack on heart floor, and they didn't even know till they found him dead! They left a covid patient that should be in ICU in a regular room without any heart monitor! Covenant Hospital, I cooked, cater, served so many events for your staff, and I did it to the best I could, because I did it from my heart! You guys paid me back, very unfairly! I don't have any trust or respect for this hospital! Shame on you, and your doctors that neglected to take care of my dad! I assure you, I will die in my bedroom, but will not step in your hospital! I assure you, I will bring the justice to the table, for all the patients that has died for your staff's malpractice! Shame on you! They have pretty good service here but I hate the wait in the ER because I had a friend who was very sick and she was throwing up everywhere and it took her an hour and a half to get help. I came in when I burned my hand really bad and they assisted me in about an hour and they were very helpful read more

My Grandmother was brought into the ER. We were placed in one of the trauma rooms as she is very sick. What I witnessed while we were there will haunt me forever. We were in close proximity of another family who had obviously lost their loved one. The family was grief stricken and wailing in the agony of loss. I know what happened next because I saw it with my own eyes as my Grandma's room faced the nurses station. Each time a family member let out a cry, the nurses at their station started laughing...laughing at a family in mourning. It continued for 5-10 minutes. The nursing team not able to contain their laughing of the sound of the grief stricken families cries. Where was their damn compassion? Brings tears to my eyes just because thinking about it... read more

The ER at Covenant is very lacking. I've been here for 8 hours and still not in. Other people have been here longer than me. No communication from staff as to how much longer the wait time. I'd be happy to come back at a more convenient time but can't get answers from the staff. read more

My grandpa broke his hip yesterday at 2pm and the surgeon decided to take his sweet ass time sitting on his ass. My grandpa was not brought into surgery until about 5pm the next day. What the hell. Poor service and obviously don't give a shit about their patients. read more

Mom was scheduled for surgery at 7 am, after being jerked around with it's on it's off we have a room for you ins won't pay we will get you a hotel to no it's this afternoon to no it's tomorrow to finally releasing her for surgery tomorrow 6hours later! read more

My Covenant ER experience was beyond awful. I arrived by ambulance from a fall down stairs. I hurt my back and couldn't get up or move. My visit was about 27 hours which is ridiculous. During that time I was supposedly being admitting to the hospital which was full so I sat in the ER. Once they admitted me no one in the ER wanted to do anything for me because it wasn't their job anymore. I fought for pain meds waiting over 2 hours multiple times. Not given food or drink. Waiting over an hour for a bed pan. Left on a bed pan for more than 20 minutes and finally just pulled it out from under myself because the back pain was unbearable. Given meds without anything to drink. Witnessed a man on gurney in the hallway for over six hours before he was put on oxygen. Listened to the woman across the hall scream for help one full night and day with no one coming to her aid either. There was no effort at all to control my pain. Upon being dismissed, nurse pushed me in a wheelchair into the ER waiting room and left me to get up and get to my ride away for this place on my own without assistance. It was freezing cold and I had no shoes because that is how I arrived via ambulance. Absolutely the worst care ever. read more
