I've lived in other apartment complexes before, and I can confidently say I've never experienced this level of responsiveness and professionalism. When something needs to be handled, it gets handled -- and not just eventually. It's timely. It's communicated. And they follow up. That follow-through is huge. You don't feel like "just another tenant." When I walk into the office or reach out with a concern, I feel welcomed and heard. There's a genuine sense that they care about the residents and take pride in maintaining the property and the community. At my previous complex (no shade), things were more of a "we'll get to it when we get to it" situation. Here, there's accountability and consistency. That alone sets Concord apart. Beyond the management, the property itself is clean, quiet, and well kept. The amenities are honestly impressive -- indoor and outdoor pools, cookout areas, a gym, and a full kitchen/event space that residents can actually use for gatherings. It feels thoughtfully designed, not like an afterthought. It's rare to find an apartment community where you have solid amenities and dependable management. Concord has both. That was filled with antiques and collectibles she acquired for 40 plus years. My brother and I wanted to find away to get rid of this stuff and make the most amount of money. We thought an "auction" and9 were we wrong. When Bob himself came to the property we asked him if he attracts a large amount of people at his auctions. He said I could expect hundreds of people. When we asked if he sells in bulk or individually, he said individually. When we asked him if we would make any profit since we had to pay $20/hour to use his men who also were profiting out of this sale he said "oh yea". Since he said we could do the auction on site and in one day, we regretfully hired Bob Hagemann to do the auction. We had to use his men at $20/hour to put items in large batches so that it could all sell for a $1 at the auction. While we thought we were going to make money it cost us money. Bob made me get a dumpster, the house cleaned, he made me take down our chandeliers and purchase cheaper fixtures, but the chandeliers sold for the same price as the of the cheap chandeliers I purchased. on the day of the auction, maybe 50 people showed up. They all knew each other. A majority of the items were purchased by Bob and his cronies for huge lots for only $1. They had organized the auction so that it went exactly has they had planned. When the auction began and we saw what was happening which was all my mother's items going for $1, my brother and I began to pull items off the carts. Bob knew he could not stop us. I was so upset that Bob asked me to leave my own property. I told him I would not leave. I was getting yelled at and cussed at by Bob and his cronies that at one point I almost called the police because of the threats of violence. My garage was filled with all the items Bob and his cronies purchased in large lots for $1. And even though he bought up my house for a couple of dollars, on top of that, he still charged me for days of manpower at $20/hour and for nonexistent advertisement. I walked away with a check in the amount of $2300. And this coming from a house that was filled with collectibles by Waterford, Bacharach, sterling, antiques, jewelry, vintage clothing and so much more. Do yourself a favor and do your research. In my opinion he is a criminal that stole my stuff. And if he can do it to me, he will do it to you. STAY AWAY FROM BOB HAGEMANN.

Granite & Marble By Design came out and measured the same day that I called and installed my new granite kitchen countertops the very next day. Nice people, professional, polite & well trained staff! Plus, their price was much cheaper for the same granite as another company in town. I am doing my bathrooms soon and will be sure to have them do those countertops as well.

When we compared laminate (whose prices DON'T include installation) against granite (whose prices DO include installation) they weren't that far apart, so we opted for the real thing. No regrets.
