My son is a year old and has to have a breathing treatment every 4 hrs as needed because of him…read morehaving asthma and they forbid to give him his breathing but once a day and wouldn't give me a reason on why they wouldn't give it to him more than once. My daughter is potty trained she wears panties everyday the only issue we have is her going number 2 on herself every now and then. Well the director, the owner and my daughter's teacher said they are putting her back in pull-ups. My daughter is 3 and has been out of pull ups for a year now but yet they told me they are putting her back in pull ups because she was having accidents with pooping herself. I sent my mother up to the daycare one day to pick up my kids. I told them my mom was coming to get them and I told them her name. They had no idea who my mother was; my kids had only been there for like 3 weeks at that time, Well when my mom got there my daughter ran up to her saying my nana is here I'm going with my nana; they ended up letting my mother walk out of the daycare with my kids and never once checked her ID to see who she was. When I addressed it with the owner she said something to the teachers but then Friday "May 31" she told me that it was a BS complaint Because of me complaining about them not checking my mom's ID because apparently my daughter verified her but yet again as a parent that had just put her kids in that facility "yall had never seen nor met my mother before" my kids nana could have been a different grandparent instead of the one who was suppose to be picking them up. She said it was BS because that's my daughter teacher taking attention off of 10 other children and focusing on one child by walking over to the office pulling out my file verifying my moms name was on the list and then verifying my moms id. So instead of verifying she was actually my kids grandmother they just let her walk out with my son and my daughter. They told me my kids last day was this coming Friday because of me complaining about the stuff they are doing; the owner and the director was so hateful and disrespectful towards me Friday morning after they said they wanted to talk with me, during that talk they did nothing but criticize me. I started crying and cried all day long because of the way they treated me. It ended up with the owner saying my kids could stay there long enough for me to find somewhere else for them after I told her not to do that to my kids and her saying she isn't doing it to my kids she doing it because of me... but I have to limit from coming there and when I am there I can't say anything to her employees. And I am not to say anything unless I have a viable reason to complain. The director was talking crap about me to another parent because I was supposedly going "Beserk" about them not giving my son his medicine because of "DHR policy" another parent overhead her talking crap anout me to the other parent while they were picking up their kids. When I asked about her doing that she started being hateful towards me even more than what she was before. When they told me it was DHR policy not to give him his breathing treatment but one time. I called DHR my self and asked them about it and I was told it was not their policy and as long as I have a letter from the doctor stating for Him to have it and how often he was to have it when he was suppose to be getting it. They also took my son's preadmission paper work and put it in my son's cubby. That paper work has my SSN, my home address, my work information and then all of my son's information on it when confronted about that they had no viable reason to have left it in my son's cubby besides they needed my contact information and never put it back. I have never in my life seen a daycare disrespect a parent the way they disrespected me. I have worked in daycares before as well as always going to a daycare due to my mother working in them all my life, but after my experience and my kids experience with Cobblestone this has been by far the worst daycare I have ever seen or even dealt with.
