Really enjoyed staying here and loved the kitchen area set-up. I need one of these! Friendly staff and will definitely be back. Their bar area with patio seating was a great hang out. The cleaning staff was great and accommodating for those that don't need their room turned over daily. Add Prisecco and non IPA beers for your drafts and we'd be there 24/7! Have martini olives and not small olives. If you can make an Old Fashioned thenvyou can make a Manhattan, make sure bartenders can make both. See you next time!

From the free airport shuttle, to the staff being fast and friendly, the room large and comfortable with modern amenities - everything was perfect. Couldn't have a better experience for my first time in Indiana! I wasn't a fan of the dinner at the restaurant but the free breakfast and omelet made to order was superb! Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is adjacent to I-70, however, it's also pretty easy to get to if you go into Plainfield on US 40 via SR 267 (as I did). The hotel offers a fitness center, indoor pool, free made-to-order breakfast, an evening reception, an onsite restaurant (The Local, opens at 5pm), room service, an airport shuttle, free parking, free wifi, a large event center, and a surprising amount of accessibility features. I was here primarily for a work conference onsite. The event center is adjacent to the hotel. It's a rather long, somewhat winding hallway that exists between the two. The hallway is pretty wheelchair friendly with low carpet and flooring that is easy to wheel. Embassy Suites has quite a few accessible parking spots, though when I parked at the event center not a single one was available. I ended up parking along the side of the parking lot to ensure my wheelchair had room. I was a speaker at the event and was pleased they had a pretty accessible room and a flexible microphone. I was able to use a clicker and handle the mic independently. I spent some time in the accessible rooms and was impressed. Embassy Suites was clean, employees I met were friendly, and I was impressed that the event rooms allowed a lot of quiet between the rooms. I've gone to a lot of hotel event centers where you could easily hear the room next to you. That wasn't true here. Embassy Suites offers an airport shuttle between 7am-10pm. They have an accessible transportation option with notice. They do allow pets (dogs/cats only, max of 2) with a $75 non-refundable fee for 1-4 nights and $125 fee for 5+ nights. I'm not sure if this applies to service animals (which they permit). The decor strikes me as fairly simple but pleasant. I really like the lobby area and I like that the registration desk is surprisingly accessible. I can remember a time when there were 1-2 small motel options in Plainfield. It's grown quite a bit, however, nearly all the options are by I-70. I'd definitely call this one of the best options. It's certainly one of the best options for those needing event/meeting space. While I was a little turned off by not finding accessible parking and disappointed the restaurant didn't open until 5pm, I'm overall quite pleased here. There are also quite a few surrounding restaurants as this is a quite busy area. I'd definitely return.

Service during check-in was seamless and friendly, the lobby was clean & welcoming. It wasn't until we carried our bags through the entrance and made it around the corner that things went downhill. The elevator was dirty with debris and made an uncomfortable dropping sensation when going up to our floor. When we got to our room, it was apparent it had been cleaned by staff but if you took the time to look closely, you would see the real issues: -Long strand of black hair on the top of the toilet seat (I thought the seat was cracked) -hairs woven INTO the wash clothes -The tv remote had greasy finger prints -but the real kicker was the spots of dried urine splash on the white bathroom door Being that the room was booked through my employer, I was hesitant to cause too much of a fuss (demanding another room) but I did take the time to correct these issues with some wipes we had with us. The beds seemed clean and we headed down to the ample breakfast in the morning on our way out the door. The morning staff were very kind so I gave this hotel 2 stars because of that. Needless to say, we would never choose to stay here again. I also shared this feedback with those at work who needed to hear it so fingers crossed they will pick alternate stays in the future.

Located about 10-15 minutes from the convention center of downtown Indy this was a nice location. East drive and located in a nice area with plenty of shopping and places to eat. The hotel is a pretty standard Marriott which is a good thing. Service here was really good. The lobby was huge and clean and our two king suite with a pull out was spacious and very comfortable. We took advantage of the indoor pool. The pool wasn't the largest but did the trick and me and the kids had fun. They also had a really nice exercise room That we did not take advantage of. The complimentary breakfast in the mornings was good with a perfect mix of hot and cold foods depending on appetite. Overall we had an excellent stay here. Would absolutely come back for future events in the downtown Indianapolis area.

I could only imagine the same was going on when I was walking around for the person in the room below me. I also noticed light coming in from around the door. It was not sealed so you can imagine I could hear lots of conversations from other rooms/hallway. The bathtub had worn spots on the bottom. Didn't use the closet since the door opened into the bed. I wanted to like the free breakfast buffet, but the "cage free" eggs were also free of taste and really not that edible. The blackberry jelly must have been old (?) since there was liquid that came out along with the jelly. The grape jelly did the same. I have never seen this happen before with such a small amount of jelly. The bagel, even toasted and with butter, was also flavorless. I also am not used to eating off of styrofoam plates with plastic forks, so that could have been the key issue. The coffee was room temp. Really? I would have loved to have gone swimming but with the pool a size slightly larger than a trapezoidal hot tub, it was nuts. I don't normally stay in Springhill Suites and it likely will be my last choice going forward. What a bummet.

Bathroom had clearly not been fully cleaned after the previous people left (toilet bowl was covered in body fluids). That was not even the worst part. I got into bed thinking it couldn't get worse but it did! Tired from a day of travel I was greeted with blood on my comforter... We kicked it off the bed, as we were too tired to deal with and had already been down to complain about the toilet/bathroom (to which i was handed a toilet brush to clean myself). In the morning we formally complained to the front desk. They did have the housekeeping go in; however, the odor remains and the blood stained comforter was just flipped over. Completely disgusting and definitely not sanitary. The "clean" seemed to be just making the bed and putting in new towels. Thankfully we are out of there now. But i really hope this hotel does better, as it is borderline a health risk.

Polite, helpful, and genuinely caring. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was excellent -- all the essentials for a good night's rest before a flight. The free breakfast was also great, with a solid variety of hot and cold options -- eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and more. Everything was fresh and well presented, which is always appreciated when you're heading out early in the morning. However, my biggest issue, and it's a significant one, is the complete lack of an airport shuttle. For a hotel that markets itself as being near the airport, not offering a shuttle is simply inconvenient, unacceptable and disappointing. I had to order an Uber both to and from the airport, which was not only an added expense but also something I shouldn't have had to do given the hotel's location and purpose. When I asked about it, I was told it was due to "COVID reasons," which doesn't make much sense, especially when other nearby hotels do operate their shuttles again. Another thing worth mentioning: the surrounding area feels a bit like a ghost town. Several restaurants and buildings nearby appear abandoned or vacant, which gives the area a somewhat deserted feel at night. It's not unsafe, but definitely quiet -- so keep that in mind if you're planning to walk somewhere for dinner. Despite these issues, the hotel itself is excellent -- clean, modern, and comfortable, with friendly staff and great breakfast. I would stay here again if I needed an overnight near the airport, but I sincerely hope they bring back the shuttle service -- it would make a huge difference in convenience and overall experience.
