He had the mower we were wanting and agreed to have it assembled and ready for us on Saturday morning, a day they are normally closed. The entire transaction was easy. Shane was helpful and showed us how the mower operated. We had a tractor repaired by FEH several years ago and found that transaction equally as satisfying.

Our tour guide was excellent. She knew her stuff. Such an interesting part of history and the city. We had read an overview of what to expect. Just a heads-up, you'll need…read moreto book a reservation because the groups tend to fill up quickly--we had 17 people in our group! This was definitely more than we were expecting! The tour was about 1.3 hours long, and you'll need to climb and descend stairs and squeeze into small spaces. If any of that sounds like a challenge, it might not be the right fit for you. Our tour guide was "BRAD," and he was amazing! He's practically "been there, done that." He grew up exploring these tunnels with his friends and has all sorts of stories to share. You'll learn a lot about the history and some simple sayings that will make you laugh and give you a deeper understanding. For example, there's a "Shoot" of whiskey! From the outside, you have no idea how huge this place is, and we only get to see a small part. Don't miss out if you get the chance. We'd definitely go back and bring a friend who hasn't seen it before.

I hadn't realized that it was missing until I was trying to get ready for the meeting that I needed to have this document for at 8:00 am later that day. I was thrilled when they answered the phone for me, even at the unearthly hour of 1 o'clock in the morning, where Carolyn very professionally scheduled the pick-up with me and when I met up with her driver (whom I believe was Rob the owner) he had not only printed me an extra copy for a backup but also wouldn't hear of any sort of payment for a simple job like this. It may have been a small favor to them, but this was a life saver for myself and I would wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone who is in need of their services. You can really tell they take care of their customers and that they really do care about each one of them too. Thank you again!!!
