(No pun intended!) For almost 15 years, I have been a client of The Tim Bishop Agency. My husband came aboard about 10 years ago when we purchased our first house together. During that time, we've referred several people to Tim because he's such a top-notch agent and positive representative of Farmers. Before we signed, he had asked us to update him on specific changes to our home that would effect the insurance premium, which we did, BUT HE NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF OUR ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT HIM OVER SEVERAL MONTHS! Honestly, we probably should have foreseen this given how sloppy he was with the whole process of getting together all the paperwork for the contract in the first place; like not using the encrypted email system that his company set up in the first place, not knowing which documents he needed us to provide and giving us vague descriptions of what he needed, and losing multiple documents and making us resend them. We cancelled our policy as soon as we could.
