When I called back, a woman who ID'ed herself as "Maria" said Yvette was at lunch and to call back at 1pm. I called back at 1:05. I was immediately placed on hold, Maria comes on the line, said Yvette wasn't there. When I asked about making a reservation, because Yvette told me earlier in the day they get booked up quickly, (of course a sales pitch), she told me "this is our busiest time of the day and I got no time to make a reservation". I asked, to be certain, "Then I need to wait until 3 and call back for Yvette?". she snapped, (in a very thick accent where I caught about every 4th word), "What's the matter with you? You ask me what I just told you? Go call someone else!", and hung up. I did just that. I did some more research and called ITransit. Spoke to someone in a professional manner, and while they were more expensive than "Ontrack", I hired them just for being professional. When I asked ITransit about Ontrack, the booker said "Never heard of them". I'm sorry I ever did, and hope you will take this review to heart. You get what you pay for, and Ontrack never gets a penny of what might have been a substantial monthly contract. Insult a potential new customer? Bugger off.

I can't say enough about Emmanuel and Suav Fellas. I first used them to transport my Father to a…read moremedical appointment. They were reliable and so kind. It isn't easy to manage my Father and they did it with skill and grace. Tonight my Father was taken to the ER and was being discharged late evening. Being in NY and managing my Dad's care from a distance I was in a bit of a panic. My father is disabled and would need a lot of help to transfer from the wheelchair to his bed. I reached out to Emmanuel and he left right away for the hospital. Once he got my Dad home, he even got him into bed. I really don't know what I would have done without him. Emmanuel is a rare find. If you're looking for someone to transport someone you love who will treat them like family this is the place you want to call. I have used other transport companies in the past for my Mom and there is just no comparison. If we had more people like Emmanuel the world would be a better place.
