The worst driving school ever all they are interested in is making money, they took over $3000 from my husband, shattered his confidence and still said he needed more lessons. He went to another driving school and passed first day. read more

I recently got made redundant and was looking to widen my work options by getting a HR Licence. The team at Courtesy Driving School were great in providing advice before I started and my instructor Minesh was great. When I started I had no experience of truck driving Minesh gave me great advice his instructions were spot on and he told me what areas I needed to focus on for my homework tasks. I passed my final drive assessment this morning thanks so much Minesh and the rest of the team. read more

I put a review up ...where is it...you show 5 star review ....where is the negative one?....courtesy is a rip off...I have had years of experience driving heavy combination trucks...albeit many years ago to which my license expired. I did 4 hours re training to the point that the instructor stated that I should go for my vort test...when I rang to book vort test secretary was not happy that I only did 4 hrs training and wanted me to do more( the secretary}. we had a bit of a disagreement over the phone but she booked me in....but I had to book 2 hrs...for the approx. 45 min test.when I arrived on time I was told to wait outside and instructor came out 15 mins later. The lady had a hell of an attitude and did not even say hello. we then proceeded out for the test. after approx. 45 mins of just driving around and with no hill start...no parallel parking...no reverse. we just drove around through Walkerville . there was road works as well and speed reduced from 60kmh to 50kmh I reduced speed accordingly as I could see a 50kmh sign up ahead.I was asked if I noticed the sign and what speed i was going to which i replied 55 dropping{as i saw 50kmh sign we were about to pass...and we were at 50kmh when i passed it{you tend to check these things when you are being tested . when we arrived back at the depot approx. 45 mins later{after paying for 2 hrs}.the testing lady told me she failed me because I was 5 kmh over speed limit which is instant failure.and when i went into the office and asked why i never did any of the competencys{hill start-reverse-parallel park..etc} I had the secretary...another lady and the female instructor all tearing into me ...and all they were saying was oh well you should have booked more lessons. I feel that this company is not about customer service or satisfaction they are about money...I paid $750 for nothing and I had a job as a driver but because i didn't get my license i lost that opportunity and the fact that my last review was removed shows that they cant respond and try to hide the truth. Courtesy are a pack of mongrels...who have no understanding of what service is . look at how many companies are crying out for drivers and these mongrels are one of the reasons why. i look at the other review...its now approx. 3 years old...i bet they have erased all of the other bad reviews....buyers beware read more
