poor I took my horse blankets into the laundry, as I have…read morefor the last 15 years, There are new owners as of a couple of years now and was told my blanket was 'hairy' and was lectured on the fact that they had to have their drains unblocked because of horse hair, sawdust and sand. I said that there was no sawdust or sand and that I had brushed off the hair inside to the best of my ability. When I came back to pick up the blankets I was again lectured about blankets being too hairy and dirty and they had paid a lot to get their drains unplugged. I did not appreciate this lecture twice. If you purchase a business such as 'cleaning horse blankets' and you care about your drains and washers then take the blankets out to the parking lot in the back and brush them off to your own satisifaction. Horse blankets are hairy, dirty and smelley! I will no longer be using their service for my blankets.

I know washers cost a certain amount regardless of how much you put in but when it comes to dryers, it's $.25 for a certain amount of minutes and he did not allow me to determine how many minutes I wanted my clothes to be in for, granted you want your clothes to be dry, but I want to be able to choose how much money I put in the machine. When I asked him for a receipt, he was very hesitant and then asked will I be paying with cash? I told him no debit card and he said you can't. My POS machine is down. I then had to drive to the closest ATM, which was with a bank that I don't bank with and had to pay $3.50 when I got back I told him OK give me my receipt and I'll give you the cash he handed me the receipt and it was for $65.50. I said to him before I left to go to an ATM you told me it would be $62 and he said just make it $60 I give you discount. When I went to take my clothes out of the washers they were so wet no wonder he put so many quarters into the dryer again do not recommend and will never go back.
