The 1st time I booked a time for early morning with a driver and heard her call dispatch to book the time for the following morning at 5:45 as we had a train to catch to Toronto at 6:15. Well the following morning at 5:55 no taxi. Called and they said they over booked and they person before booked 5 min earlier. They said "we hope to get you there on time....." Ended up having ot call Courtsy Cab and they rushed and got my wife and I on time. Today called and he said I'll get one out to you. Well 25 mins later i call'ed back and was told "your next in line" well I waited another 15-20 mins and seen the same cab drive by 3 times were I was at. I called again and was told it will get to you when it gets to you. There are 3 or 4 move ahead for you. I explained and quoted what he had said to me,,,"next in line" He than said thats why we don't give times,,,I was being spoken down to for wanting to know when the taxi was coming after waiting almost an hour. Dispatcher was rude in my opinion.

Called after over an hour and was told…read morewe got pushed back another 25 mins because of other calls.. came after almost 2 hours and then got told our ride back to blenheim was going to be $170- we complained he dropped it to $150 and was told the drive to get us was about 50km and the ride to where we were going was almost 22km. Chatham to us is about 15 and where we got picked up to blenheim was about 6km max.. they screw you and for what? This will cause drinking and driving because they're selfish

Service was booked by my daughter to pick her up at home and drop her off at the airport and vice…read moreversa for the return trip home. The initial service was acceptable, though the car was dirty with fast food garbage and cigarette butts, and the driver would not answer my daughter regarding payment. They were booked and given the flight number for the return trip but they never showed up at the airport and left my daughter stranded, having to find another way home. Though they are supposedly a 24hr service, they couldn't be bothered to respond to my daughter's phone calls and text messages from the airport. They finally returned her call 4 hours later, after she had already found a return ride with much better service. And then they blamed her for the payment issue when it was their driver who wouldn't answer her inquiries on how or when to pay. I would definitely NOT recommend this service to anyone.
