True to the region and everything one might expect when dining at a three-Michelin-starred French restaurant in France, this is the pinnacle of fine dining. This pinnacle is one you physically descend to reach if you're staying in Val Thorens. The 8-course tasting menu has more Easter eggs, so to speak, than an actual Easter basket. If this is one's first time encountering such a level of seriousness and perfectionism at a dinner table, you will find it overwhelming and exhausting. The wine pairing was a match made in heaven... by the sommelier. The service was top notch. The fact that they take your ski boots and give you fluffy slippers to wear is the icing on the cake (after the 3 dessert courses).
