DON'T LEAVE YOUR BASKET OR TROLLEY, YOU WELL GET SOME PEOPLE DIPPING THEIR HANDS IN..!! TRUST ME!!! 6.) ALWAYS TRY THEM ON BEFORE YOU BUY..!!! So, I'd say its 2 stars for selection, but an additional star for being less packed. The women's clothes selection is quite small, and the shoe selection is downright sparse. There's a better selection of sunglasses in this location, and we found some nice childrens book sets for boys and girls. Generally, I'd say to do your core shopping at nearby H&M and Next, and then stop in to TK Maxx if you have a little more time and money to kill on the off chance you find something you like.

The Designer Warehouse is one of my favourite London discoveries…read more Not far from my home, and just off Seven Sisters road is a monthly sale for designer clothes - having heard from it from a colleague, I didn't really know what to expect. It was great and would definitely recommend giving it a visit. When getting to the warehouse, you have to leave your bag and coat (including your phone) in a cloakroom, and may a small fee of £3 (or 2?) to be able to get in. The sale is over 2 floors, and organised by designers - some are really well known, some are smaller names I've never heard of. It's not a posh environment, it's just rows and rows of clothes on hangers - and you have to take the time to go through them to find the gems, and also your size. There aren't any changing rooms, but there is an area where you can go and try them on at the back of the venue - it's closed off to men, but you do have to accept getting changed in front of other women. I am myself a massive fan of Vivienne Westood, and this was also the opportunity for me to try on a few pieces of her clothes - and yes, I did cave in and buy a top (1/3 of the original price) and a scarf. Good to know: they separate their sales between womanswear and menswear - their schedule is updated on their website.

W12 Shopping Centre for me is the older, ugly sister of Westfield London basically across the way,…read morelocated in the Shepherds Bush area of London, this mall has basically sunk into irrelevance being so close to the Westfield mall which opened in 2008, and has recently become Europe's largest shopping centre. The mall just doesn't have that nice, modern vibe, it feels old, quiet and a little run down, probably down to Westfield poaching most of the biggest brands across the way, there is a VUE cinema, a few banks and a small JD Sports (one of the few stores in the country to still have the old branding), but that's pretty much it. Most of the stores here also seem to be need of a little modernisation or improvement, including but not limited to Natwest, Santander (banks) and JD Sports. There aren't that many places to eat either, with the only big brands here being Pizza Express and Subway, there also is a Wetherspoons but that's basically a place for cheap, low-quality food and is more known for its' alcoholic beverages. Mainly the stores which remain are more "budget" stores or perhaps second-hand stores also including LIDL, CeX, Poundland and Savers. Perhaps a mall which was good in its' way, but it's been drawn into irrelevance since Westfield opened across the way, a small, old mall crying out with modernisation and for at least something unique warrants a one-star rating in my book.

Ah The Galleria, a staple of my miss-spent youth. I never really went shopping here because, while it has a fair number of shops, it never really has anything that you want or need. Guess that could be just me. The cinema is where I spent most of my days, chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool and watching some films after school. The cinema is average price with student discount and with your standard of sugary rubbish to enjoy while watching a film. The cinema screens themselves are good, the Digital screen is awesome, but the chairs and leg room leave something to be desired. It can get quite uncomfortable if you're a tall and are in a packed screening, but this rarely happens here, which is a other bonus. All in all a good place to while a way a fair number of hours with friends or that special someone.

Although it looks huge it takes hardly any time to go around and has nothing to recommend it in the way of differnt shops. They are the same as any high street. A large open area in the centre was laid out as a furniture vendoes. The stuff was ugly..even tasteless..and overpriced. Quite a few restaurants..untried but mostly the usual chains. The only saving grace, for me, was a pleasant cinema complex where we went to see Stardust. So much anticipation..such a disappointment.

It's a funky, artistic, electric, bohemian market with a collection of local artisans and indie, small business entrepreneurs. It's an open air market that quite literally has something for everyone. What a fun place to visit!…read more We spent a few hours of our london trip at the Camden Market, and what a sight to see!! They have a variety of hand-made goods, food, drinks, and more. We tried the pimms drinks for the first time, and it was wonderful. I enjoyed to Sushi Burger and OMG it was so good. They fried the salmon to perfection and ill be thinking about the meal for awhile. The views here of the river is wonderful, offering this beautiful day to be seen from all over. The only qualm I have is there isnt much seating- I struggled to find anywhere to eat other than standing - so take that into account when planning your trip. Other than that, a great time to hang with friends and try a variety of foods.

Instead there are lots of higher-end stores ranging from designer clothing to designer cosmetics and designer gadgets. Actually, it's not all second-mortgage shopping here - there are some 'normal' shops too, they're just a bit nicer than most high street equivalents. There are oodles of places to get a snack on the way round, like Starbucks etc. and there is a giant foodhall with choices for the discerning and not so discerning among you. On that note, a trip to Bluewater isn't complete without a trip to Ed's Diner - have one of their awesome burgers and a spectacular milkshake to find out why. Just make sure you eat when you're finished shopping though as you will just about be able to stagger to your car afterwards with the feeling in your belly. If you go at Christmas there are some superb lights outside as you approach the car parks - giant deers are among the best ones, but be warned, it can get super busy there too. Ample parking means it's not such a chore to go and the whole place is big enough that you don't feel crammed in - it's akin to a lot of the big malls in the States, and one of the best shopping trips (if there is such a thing) you can make in this country.
