What I like most about her sessions is her wholly supportive attitude towards the life decisions I've made that are mentally healthy for me while gently encouraging me to make beneficial behavioral, attitudinal, and relationship changes if needed. Her treatment process is very planful and well organized, and uses suggestions for methods of relaxation, exercise, and ways to gain insight and appreciation for positive thinking. She has authored a book which serves as a very useful supplement to her treatment process. I want to stress that I have a degree in Psychology and a background of 7 years as Counseling Supervisor in residential treatment centers for emotionally disturbed children and teenagers so I have a thorough understanding of how useful it is to seek professional help when having difficulty coping with life's challenges either personal, behavioral, or employment.
