If you are looking for a therapist who doesn't just talk about healing but actually helps your brain and body rewire itself, look no further. Working with Mey has been a transformative experience. She understands that's therapy is not magic. It is hard work. Some days I leave feeling lighter/clearer; other days I leave feeling as though I've spent three rounds at war with my past. The difference is that, over time, I realized I was no longer fighting alone and finally had someone in my corner who would help clear the illusions and understand the truth, and simultaneously, heal. My childhood was a collection of nightmares in a haunted house on "Kildare Lane." No Joke.
