I was excited to see that they had a drive thru. They do have parking and indoor seating as well. It is very popular in this area. Their prices are affordable and they have so many different flavors. They made it quickly and we're so nice. They even offered us a pup cup! Even though I ordered a vanilla kids size for my dog. I had to have the Chewy Brownie again, it was even better the second time. I tried the vanilla for my dog and it was really good. And she even loved it too. I also tried a bit of the peanut butter delight and it was so bright of a flavor. Totally a place to check out with family and friends!

Current hours are 6-2, Sunday 7-2; I recommend getting there early as they do sell out. While it's a new business, they are planning for the long term success. Order at the counter to-go, there is no seating available. A mix of sweet or savory filling in a sweet roll, there is something for everyone. We chose sausage / egg / cheese, buffalo chicken, double chocolate brownie, cream cheese, s'mores, and a cinnamon roll. We would order every single thing again! Buffalo chicken has some kick! Breakfast flavors are on point. Sweet options are phenomenal. S'mores is ((chef's kiss)). Looking forward to frequenting for years to come.

Pillowy rolls stuffed with every variety of savory or sweet fillings. My favorite is the sausage and gravy - it's like the best version of biscuits and gravy, only portable to eat on the go. This is my breakfast comfort food. The interior of the Quincy location is clean and modern. The owner and the staff were all very friendly and eager to provide recommendations to the customers who weren't familiar with kolaches. It's a small storefront, and they are pretty busy as it's their first week open, but the line moves quickly. Because they're made fresh, they open early and may sell out, so it's worth getting there earlier in the day.

Not many people at the booth and the wait wasn't long. They're open from 6-7 usually posted for their summer hours. I ordered my usual a vanilla iced coffee. It was okay.
