After the initial time had passed I contacted them to follow up....was told it would be another 20-25 minutes. Waited an additional hour before calling back....oh truck is getting gas it will be another 25 minutes?! Not once did Gold Star Towing reach out to update me regarding service times. I could understand the delay and poor communication if it was snowing, icy conditions, storming, etc. however this was all experienced on a dry, sunny, 65 degree day. Don't waste your time or money!
