She is amazing. She helped me pick out wines, sent me pics of the wines, wrote up bday and Xmas cards, and checked with the owner to confirm that the wines were the ones my in-laws would enjoy (I know little about red wines) and then packaged them beautifully and delivered them promptly. With the coronavirus, I was worried that they wouldn't have the same service. Um, nope. Julia actually responded to me at 9:00 p.m. ET--omg. Who does that? Truly outstanding customer service.
