First i made a appointment with oboro mobile mechanic and he text and took the appointment, i had…read moretoo reschedule the following wk and he was good with it and i text too make sure we were still on and he replied a hr before appointment and said he forgot too put me down on the book so he scheduled me again for the next wk on a friday at 3 to 330 and text at 230 and said hed be here soon on my way and never showed up till 415. i asked on phone too change oil and check all liquids and pressure in tires, well he changed oil so quick and didnt drain all the old oil out and put too much oil in and didnt tighten cap all the way underneath and i had a real bad oil leak and it was comn from the back as well. i supplied mobile one oil which is not cheap and losing oil everywhere i was going. i noticed it and i text him and told him and he responded with ill have too come by next week sometime too check cap but never gave me a time nor appointment and i told him i would be working all week and he can come there and he never responded too my message and i paid him for his services and tipped him 15.00 and this is the way you treat people and customers!!!!!!!!!!! Full synthetic oil change is pricey and i have a 40.000 dollar vehicle that is in mint condition and he comes too my place and not only give me crappy service with oil change he doesnt check other liquids and doesnt check air in tires!!!! and then takes money from me knowing he didnt treat me right!!!! i asked him about my tires as far as the treading on them and he knew nothing about them, wow!!! Ladies be aware!!!!!! i took it too someone and the cap was not on correctly and put too much oil in it and while pouring it in it was spilled on filter and through filter, i can deal with mistakes but not take my money and not make it right and blow me off!!!! shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
