Once I decided to utilize their services, Sitters4Critters were in constant communication with me finalizing all the arrangements. On the day of the transport, they confirmed they picked up the puppy and were waiting for my flight to arrive. They headed to the cell phone lot to walk him and try to feed him. I knew through the app when she arrived, saw my happy fur kids playing in the yard and then knew when Nicole left because she would check out.
