They treat their customers horrible. The quality of the product is the lowest of lows. They make promises they don't keep. Doug will lie about everything. They give you a price then they want to raise it at the end. We did background check on Doug the owner. He has done some shady, shady things in this business. Our cabin was supposed to be done June 2021, here it is the end of January 2022 we still have no heat/air, no plumbing. We didn't get steps for the porch. No one knew how to build the inside of the cabin the way we had Doug draw out the plans. There is nothing in this cabin the way we wanted it done. The inside doors were hung upside down. The floors were laid in the wrong direction. The dormers were redone 3 times. The trim on the inside was done wrong. The stairs were redone 2 times. Everyone that works at this place will lie to you. I didn't get the kitchen cabinets I wanted, even though I was told three times that the cabinets I wanted were in and nothing to worry about. I had to buy my own flooring and kitchen sink and faucet after I had already paid for those things and ordered them from this company. They just put in the cheapest kitchen cabinets they had on hand. They would tell us that they were going to be at the build site, we would drive an hour to meet up with them and wait for hours just for them to not to show up or call to say they are not going to be there. This has been the most horrific ordeal my husband and I have ever had to deal with. It has cost us thousands of dollars that it should not have cost us. I could go on and on about what a horrible job they have done. I have shed so many tears and sleepless nights over this. This should have been a wonderful experience! Yet it turned into a horrible, horrific ordeal. I just don't want anyone else to get ripped off the way we and others have been done. Please just save yourself the money and heartache that we have been through and go elsewhere.
