Buyer beware!!! This company is horrible at best! They started our job and when they couldn't pass…read moreinspection they refused to come back. We have spent thousands of dollars to hire another company to get the pool to pass inspection. Then had to search multiple pool companies to finish the job. Had to hire a company to come excavate the entire pool again only to find out there were only 4 bolts per seam. Each seam requires 20 bolts per seam. Had to re-plumb the entire pool. There was a concrete block and a rock supporting the steps which actually calls for 3 bracing arms per step for a total of 12 braces. Had we not excavated the perimeter of the pool we would have never found the deficiencies. The walls were bowing and out of square. Our tanning ledge walls are over 4" out of square. James would not answer the phone or texts. At one point he said he would come to finish the job but then backed out again. He has left us with a huge hole in our back yard. This company is the worst I've ever hired to do a job. It is a sad that you save for years to have a a beautiful back yard to build memories with your family and instead you live a nightmare for 5 months and we're still not done.

James Owens has the worst customer service in the pool business when the project goes awry,…read moreespecially if he has been paid. I hired his company at the end of January 2017 to install my pool and pour concrete. Along the way, I had to hire an electrician to correct the mistake he made in wiring the pool, had to visit Long's pool to verify a pool light not working was an installer problem (it was) and not one expansion joint is cut in a straight line in the concrete. The worst problem is he cut the liner incorrectly, and the pool was leaking profusely. I did not discover until four days after he was paid in full. In all, it has cost me over $7000.00 to correct the issues, as all the water leaking below the pool disfigured the bottom. I can only reach James Owens if I call from someone else's phone, as he will not answer my calls. After hiring an attorney, I have found he has numerous judgments against him for poor and incomplete work. Hire this guy at your own risk.

Don't expect quality product, installation or customer service. Disgraceful…read more They weren't the solid wood cabinets I wanted and paid for. HE didn't think the ones I wanted were "fancy enough". I didn't want fancy. He cut corners on some of the construction and installation - cut boards under sink too short. He promised to do everything he could to make it right. Instead he talked down to me, as if he was talking to a fool. I'm not. He said if you take a door outside lay it on the ground and gets rained on enough, it'll fall apart. Duh? Everybody knows that. He continued saying that if my handicapped daughter's cabinets got wet over a period of time, they'd fall apart. My 60yr old solid wood cabinets get cleaned often. They aren't falling apart. He installed a cabinet over the dryer that was too big. He knew it. Doors couldn't be installed until it was corrected. He installed FIRST, then came next door to get me to see it. He knew it was wrong. He then told me that he could fix it. That caused damage to my ceiling. Professional? Dishonest "Christian" man. Do better.

I would NOT recommend Don nor would I hire him for additional work at my property…read more Don is very undependable, and his job is less than mediocre. It has been stressful and frustrating to work with Don as you never know when he will show up - that is, IF he shows. You never know when a project will be completed - that is, IF it's completed. As a customer, I completely understand that sometimes "life gets in the way", but if you are a professional, you will call the customer with an update. NOPE - not Don: no call / no show is not unusual. You then have track him down via a couple of txt messages and/or phone calls. He will make you a promise to be there tomorrow....... - but again; NO SHOW. My husband and I have spent around $7,000.00 with Don, and for the big job (fencing) he showed up later in the week to begin work. He and his crew work until late in the evening - often bothering the neighbors; between the sound of the work being performed, and Don's favorite means of communication with his crew; yelling, we have gotten our fair share of complaints. For smaller jobs, he comes unprepared, does not finish and promises to return.....but never does. I currently have a fence which is leaning in several places (it's been up for 3 months !!), a gutter which pours water right on top of my AC unit (and not the down spout), and a masonry job which a 3-year-old child could have done nicer... Don is nowhere to be found; he no longer answers calls, txt, nor e-mails. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND SLOPPY WORK!!

These guys did an incredible job refinishing about 1600sf of REAL hardwood floors for me in Oct. By…read morereal, I mean the kind that were used in the early 1960's. The house was a flip and in bad shape. The floors were no exception. They had seemingly never been covered in carpet (as we see so often these days) and I'm willing to bet had never been refinished before. They were abused. I left the house as the crew began sanding. Returned a few hours later. I opened the front door and gasped saw the floors stripped of all the old stain and damage and stains from the previous owner. I couldn't gush over them enough! We went with a medium walnut tinted flat stain. The final result was nothing less than stunning! There was no trash, bubbles, high spots. No mess all over the baseboards. It was turn key. Also, there was one small area (3" x 12" maybe?) that had suffered water damage next to a door. The repair they did looked original. I'll also add that their customer service was great too! I had written a check for the deposit to have the work done and paid the balance in cash when they were finished and the crew lead provided me a hand-written receipt. Six months later while putting everything together for taxes, I realized I never received a receipt from Creative Stone (nor do I recall asking for one). One phone call and a transfer to their accounting person and within seconds I had the invoice in my email. I don't often give a full 5 stars for reviews. There's ALWAYS something that could be improved on. But I can't think of a single thing I wish had been different. Well done, Creative Stone!

What ever you do don't not pay them in full up front when you do that they we'll try to take there time and all ways have to much jobs lined up and when you take a job away from them they we'll try to deduct as much as they feel is right they don't not take responsibility for they're own employees they all ways pass the blame on some one else this only a few issues that happen it took 5 months to finish a job and still did not complete when you ask him why my would looks like they swear that they got the right wood ever though I told them that's not the right color before they installed it and this is would I have to look at every morning and I paid almost 10 thousand and this would you get for you money.
