It's a busy store so you "shop at your own will" as there's not a team of associates to assist you or be able to pull additional items from back stock. In turn, you'll find those one-of-a-kind items and everyone will be asking, "Where did you get that!" Enjoy!

The prices can be high but they have frequent sales like 75% off Christmas, 25% off clearance when I visited. They also have a rewards program and they honor coupons from their website too. I had one encounter with the manager and he was very nice. I used to shop there exclusively and since I work in design I spent a very large amount of money there. But I have now switched to using other stores of which there are several to pick from . Also, they have a short limited 30 day return. In city areas 30 is generally used since most people cannot get back to stores often in the 30 day window.
