I recently lost my job, and as a result, I have to rely on Medicaid, which thankfully I can receive, but it severely limits my dentistry options. when I called to schedule an appointment, the woman who answered was VERY rude and unprofessional to me. she interrupted ME when I was explaining my situation, and then turned around and had the audacity to tell me not to interrupt her, when she was explaining why they wouldn't bother with scheduling a diabetic with a gum infection. I have my bachelor degree, which I can almost guarantee she doesnt even come close to having. Not that it's worth much more in this comment other than to point out the sheer ignorance and disrespect that's just exuding from Comtrea-Arnold-Fox's staff. I didn't deserve to be talked-down-to by HER, or THEM, and simply because I called in to THAT clinic, on Medicaid, in need of help, and I 100 percent feel that that's exactly what just happened to me. I really feel bad for the people that have to live their entire lives on Medicaid 100 percent of the time, and deal with places and people like this. I mean if were being honest here, that Troglodyte just told me my life didnt matter seeing as how an infection in the gums could realistically kill a diabetic, and she couldn't see past her own nose to keep her unwarranted attitude in check, which i take very personally, hence this review.

My son has had multiple medical issues, including heart problems. After repeated visits to the "specialist" for children, Renee was the only doctor to diagnose him and cure multiple problems including, ear infections, strep throat, staph infections, and other respiratory problems. She is one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure to visit in years. I appreciate her dedication to helping others and her ability to make sure others feel safe around the community ( I was told my son had a "rash" by the children (professionals) when he had a severe staphylococcus infection)

I went to this location twice in the past couple months. The first time I didn't like the way the…read morewomen made me feel about being sexually active. Felt a little shamed by the nurse/doctor. (Don't recall who made me feel uncomfortable) On the second instance I came in with pain while swallowing on a Wednesday. I was in the back office for probably less than 10 minutes before they were done with me. I Was tested for strep and Covid. Both were negative, i was told it looks like strep anyways and was sent on my way with an antibiotic prescription. I should have been more vocal about the pain I was in but I was struggling & trusted they knew what they were doing. They didn't even check my ears which I feel like is pretty normal especially regarding a throat problem. Friday, 2 days later my pain was unbearable and I tried to come back at 7:10 pm just to find the office closed and I had to Uber to another location. Was very disappointed with my care at this location. I ended up having an abscess that they should have been able to recognize and help me receive proper care. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. I was told by a different urgent care that I needed to go to the hospital asap it could be a choking hazard and end up being really bad for me. That makes me feel really bad for patients being seen at this location. If you decide to still go here please just be able to advocate for yourself and make sure they are properly assessing you. I would like to note I was the only person in the waiting rooms both times I visited here & they were not busy. Still somehow felt like they just wanted me in and out. Hope this helps! I'm sure other have had better experiences but mine unfortunately were not and I will not return

I felt like I could let go and be guided through a journey into parts of myself that I didn't even realize were there. Our session together gave me a deep understanding of my past and I was able to come to a place of understanding and forgiveness towards people who have hurt me. I could actually see and feel their experiences and understand why they did what they did. It also helped me break through fear of rejection that was holding me back in so many ways. Krista is so naturally talented at leading you on a meditative journey into your psyche while keeping you safe. I highly recommend her to anyone who's looking to heal a part of your life that you've been trying and trying at for soooo long. This will heal you on a deeper level and bring you peace.

It had been over 21 days and I didn't receive my order. I sent them an email stating that if the package hadn't been shipped by the date I contacted them, then I wanted to cancel my order. They ignored my email. PayPal had to contact them in order for them to ship my order and this was after I stated I wanted my order canceled. I sent them a second email approximately 3 days after the first email reiterating what I said in the first email. They finally shipped my order after PayPal got involved and after I clearly stated I wanted my order canceled and over 3 weeks later. This company has poor business practices.
