I saw the negative review on here regarding Dr. Washa and his staff and I couldn't disagree more…read more These kind people are amazing. They are in the business to remedy your issues and not contract your care for an eternity. Dr. Washa has helped me immensely and changed my quality of life. He does what needs to be done, nothing more and nothing less. I suppose the mind frame of certain emotional individuals is the filter they see the world through and judge others by. I hope the negative comment doesn't prevent anyone from seeking help here.

I hurt my back shoveling snow and could barely move without severe pain. Washa chiropractic was the…read morenearest to me so I called to set up an appointment. The receptionist had very nasty attitude and seemed eager to speak down me. When I arrived for my appointment and got to meet her in person, she was a lot worse. I'm a disabled veteran and stay at home dad so I left the 'employer' line on her form blank. She announced to the entire waiting room that I had filled her form out incorrectly and and asked where I worked. I told her my situation, "so you don't work?" I tell her that's right, "you're unemployed? You don't have a job?" loud as could be. When she felt I'd been appropriately shamed for my failure to fill out the form I was allowed to wait. She let some other patients who hadn't arrived yet in before me. Once I was called to see the chiropractor (45 minutes after my scheduled appointment) he sat me down asked about my disability, and then corrected me about it in a condescending tone. Now, I think that my regular doctor might know more about it than the guy cracking backs next to a Carpet One but, I'm in a lot of pain so, I didn't want to argue. I went into the exam room and he did an adjustment and showed me some stretches while making fun of my t-shirt (an old Harry Potter shirt) and asking which of children was "a little sh#t" because there's always one. My back did feel better so they earned that star but, the overwhelming hostility of everyone in the clinic made for the most unpleasant experience I've ever had in a "professional" setting I recommend anywhere else if you need a chiropractor, the experience there was as painful as my injury!

I love how warm and welcoming the entire Foundations family is. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and your NAME!! Then after kiddo gets to play and engage in the "waiting room" its time to see the AMAZING doctors. That "Hey Dudes" from Dr. KYLE let's me know a great adjustment is coming. I love how adaptable they are and how they'll even adjust the kiddos where the kiddos feel comfortable...even if that was while sitting on the floor playing with blocks. When at Foundations you truly feel like family. They take the time to actually get to know you and truly listen to your concerns when it comes to your health. I've never felt more heard, respected, and comfortable. Thank you Dr. Sam, Dr. Kyle, and team for providing so many families with this level of care. You truly are Miracle Workers!!
