This place is very unprofessional. I chose this place because it accepted my insurance, which only took off $100 with everything. The eye exam was very rushed. The guy didn't take much time at all. Just a short, quick exam, at some places they put drops in my eyes, he didn't do that. I spent at least 20 minutes looking at frames before a girl finally came over to me, she was not much help at all as far as help with what might be good. Just told me the prices due to color codes. She returned after about another 10 minutes, to measure them on me. I called and asked for the progressive lenses, after I left, I called, she said she sent them out already but would call them to put the order in. I waited 3 weeks with no calls and I finally called to see if they were in. The girl said she had lenses, no frames. How does that happen??! She said she would call the next day when she talked to the girl that put my order in. I got no call. I called on Thursday and they said they called me Weds. I had NO calls or voicemails from them! She said they were in. I went to pick them up and the girl just had me put them on, she never sat down with me to see how they fit. They fell down to my nose. I said no, they don't fit right. She took them and made adjustments and came back. Once again, never say to see how they fit. Very unprofessional! Anywhere else I've gone, they sit and look at them to see how they fit you. They act like they don't have time to spend with you. I will not recommend anyone to go there. My friend went and they sent the wrong frames when hers came in, they just said, it happens sometimes. Well I'd think of u picked out those frames and they got sent with the script for lenses, they should be the ones you picked out! Another friend said they messed up gets a few times so she quit going there. I feel you just rush people, don't care and just take your money. I drive an hour, and she said if my glasses don't fit right after a few days, come back and they would adjust them. Nope! I shouldn't have to drive an hour. Where do I start with this . 1. They called wrong number have wrong info on my paperwork. Mind you they were given all my info plus address and phone number. They have everything listed under my friends information. 2. They call my friends number today to say my glasses are in. 3 I send my son to pick them up. He gets home after the close and guess what the glasses they sent him with are not mine. Or my friends. What a joke this place is very unprofessional staff. I am beyond livid read more

I'm being generous with my review here, but my experience was not the best. Dr. Woodley was very nice. The staff however, sheesh! The receptionist never once made eye contact with me; never cracked a smile. There is no place to hang up your coat so, I ended up wearing it through the eye exam, but the worst thing was that they made an appointment for me with another doctor and never called to give me the appointment information. I had gotten glasses from another eye glass center, after the first couple months the frames started to fall apart. At this time I began to hate my glasses. So I got on-line to see how I could salvage my glasses. I had paid 450.00 for the progressive no line lenses. I came across a site where it said that I could have my lenses resized and put into another frame, but be sure you go to a reputable center. I decided to go to Council O. Center in Olean, NY. I walked in asked the secretary if they resize lenses she said yes. I no longer got set down and they called my name. Went back asked about my lenses he said yes we can do that, and he helped me find a new frame. Then I was really shocked when he said they would be ready in about two hrs. I was going out of town so I picked them up Monday morning. I was in and out of the center in less than 10 minutes. I love my new glasses. ALL the personal was very helpful and very and very kind.
