Instead, she sat in a chair for over 15 hours with spinal stenosis and severe back problems. This is completely unacceptable- how can a provider only see WELL patients. She was not an infection risk. This is abhorrent.

This was followed by another 30 minute wait so i could speak with Jean for 10 minutes about my concerns with my medication before being ushered out as they had a full schedule. It also seems strange to me that the receptionist who quit a few months ago was called to come back. Turnover in the one year I have been coming there is just not normal, especially since you had some of the best np's I've ever had and were more knowledgeable than most doctors that have treated my conditions. The website is out of date as most of the 5 star ratings were given to the chronic care np's that are no longer there and this location can't possibly live up to the definition that's online.
