(1 star) I'm leaving…read morethis review to explain what actually happened from a customer's point of view. I bought a vehicle from Trailer Corner that started having issues almost immediately. The car had a noticeable shudder/misfire and ongoing coolant problems. I brought it back multiple times and was told each time that it was "fixed" or "nothing to worry about." In reality, the problem never went away -- it would feel better for a short time and then come right back. Coolant kept disappearing, the engine continued to run rough, and the car just never drove the way it should. Eventually, I took it to Ford myself for an independent diagnosis. Ford confirmed an internal engine issue consistent with coolant leaking into the engine (head gasket / internal engine failure), which lines up exactly with the symptoms I was complaining about from the beginning. In other words, this wasn't normal wear or something I caused -- it was a serious problem that existed from the start and was never properly fixed. Between the downtime, out-of-pocket diagnostic costs, and being unable to use the vehicle as intended, this turned into a much bigger issue than it ever should have been. Once it was clear how serious the problem actually was, resolving it became difficult. At this point, I'm pursuing legal options to recover my costs. I'd strongly recommend that anyone buying a vehicle here get an independent inspection before purchase and not rely solely on post-sale assurances that a problem has been "fixed."

I was driving 4 hours to buy a UTV from this place. Salesman was notified and money was in hand…read more 2.5 hours into the trip he messages me telling me a unscheduled customer came into look at it. Immediately left my number to make a deposit over the phone and never received a message until 30 min later telling me it sold. A day of work and $200 in fuel lost because of this clown show of a "business". Everyone should take their business elsewhere to people that actually care about the customer.

I have never rented an RV before and had no idea what to expect. Would it be old and decrepit?…read moreWould it be gross and dirty? Would the AC crap out on us when it was 100 degrees and we were 200 miles away? TLDR: the RV was almost new. It was very clean and everything worked great. Would 100% rent from these guys again and will recommend them to others. A lot of others mention cleaning & deposite. We did what I would personally consider the bare minimum: wiped down kitchen, stove & table surfaces. Emptied garbage. Swept the main living space (and were shoes-outside while at camp). We got our whole deposit back & no cleaning charges. As instructed, we called and made a pick-up appointment. This time is theoretical and you will wait in line anyway (basically like any car dealership) so, if you can, make it as early in the day as possible. But after about a 1 hour wait we were on or way. The Forestriver Sunseeker we were assigned was in nearly new condition. It featured a queen sized bed with regular mattress and a little privacy screen. A very small bathroom. A dinette that could maybe squeeze more than 4. The dinette convers to a bed and there is also another sleeping area over the cab. There is TONS of storage space under the RV and some inside. The freezer is big enough for a bag of ice + a few other things. The fridge is probably 3/4 scale to a smaller full-size fridge. Kitchen area is tiny but functional. I brought my own knife & cutting board and wish I'd brought a non-stick pan. The kitchen includes a 3 burner stove and a microwave sized convection/micro combo. The pop-out gives you a decent amount of additional floor space and there is also a roll-out awning. Yes! The comfort kit we got included a decent set up of pots/pans/cooking utensils and dishes. The grey water tank (more on this in a sec) is not huge so if you plan to use the regular plates/dishes I'd bring a wash basin so you can wash up without using the grey tank. Otherwise, you may want to bring paper. Your RV comes with a full water tank. Note that this is technically potable water but not recommended for drinking. They didn't tell us this but important to be aware of. We were a little caught off guard by how quickly we went through water. We were only able to make our water tank and black/grey tanks last for our 4 night camping excursion (for two adults) by using campground porta-potties and showers and being really conservative with dish-washing, etc. So, this is something to plan around and we weren't aware of. NOT Road Bear's problem but just something to know.

BUTT, couldn't tell us where OR how much it would cost us. USELESS! Second, at least he told us that the oven wasn't working. He told us that if we kept trying it would eventually come on. NOT!!! We gave up after about 20 minutes because we were HUNGRY!!! Next night, same thing. We gave up even trying anymore. So, when we got back home, I complained and asked for a lousy $100 for our trouble. He sends me a picture of a working oven. WHOPPIE! That I'm SURE was a different RV. He just kept arguing with me as If the money was coming out of his pocket. Instead, they should have either FIXED IT or gave us a different RV. ROTTEN, LOUSY, customer service. You have been warned!
