We recently asked for copies of past estate documents; rather than respond with a simple and professional "I didn't retain them past X time period" her response included verbatim "I am sorry I cannot meet your deadline. I am too busy. Further, I do not appreciate messages from AI. I am too busy to decipher." Contrast this to our Colorado attorney: "It's nice to hear from you, I hope you're doing well. We do not have the signed copies of your original documents. You can click here to access unsigned copies of your documents (the password is the last 4 digits of the phone number we have on file).
