I'm so grateful I found Dr. Bo and the ANIMA team! The care I've received over the past four months…read morehas been exceptional. I've had chronic thoracic spine issues, stiffness, pain, and severe muscle knots for more than 15 years, largely compounded by working a full-time desk job. I had developed significantly restricted mobility, particularly in my neck, and was even experiencing numbness in the fingers of my right hand. Dr. Bo is excellent at his craft. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes time to understand my specific issues. I've really appreciated the consistency of his care and the progress I've made under his treatment. After roughly 20 appointments with Dr. Bo, I've seen significant and steady improvement in both my mobility and overall comfort. After living with these issues for so long, I honestly didn't expect to see this level of change. The difference is incredible. His adjustments drastically reduced the stiffness and tension I had become accustomed to living with, and also have reduced the frequency of my migraines. This has made a truly positive difference in my day-to-day quality of life. I've also had massages with Olivia and Brandon, and both of them are wonderful. Olivia has hands that are unbelievably strong. I honestly don't know how someone so small can have that much strength! She has been especially effective at working through the deep, chronic knots and tension I've dealt with for so long. Brandon is fantastic. His positivity is infectious and makes for such a great experience. As a patient of Dr. Bo's, I'm now a firm believer in the necessity and power of chiropractic care as part of a holistic approach to health care. I've grown to see it as not just an approach to address chronic pain, but a crucial facet of a balanced wellness routine. I also really appreciate that ANIMA offers workshops and educational opportunities that encourage people to think more broadly about their health and make better lifestyle choices. That commitment to wellness education is something I genuinely value. I absolutely recommend ANIMA to anyone dealing with chronic pain, stiffness, mobility issues, muscle tension, migraines, or just looking to take a more proactive, holistic approach to their overall wellness.

Dr. Bo is amazing--he takes the time to check in, listen to what's bothering you, and understand your goals. The office itself is beautiful, fresh, and spotless. The vibe is calm and welcoming, with soothing music always playing in the background. I also love that the space is used for other wellness offerings like yoga and foam rolling. This session, I got to try their new state-of-the-art decompression machine, and it was absolutely life-changing! Dr. Bo set me up with headphones playing peaceful music, and I was able to fully relax and zen out. I also received an adjustment specifically for my TMJ and it was just what I needed.
