While there are several different services in Austin, some of them were going to cost more than our cake, for a single hour of help! Lauren's price were fair, competitive, and SO worth it! She was so easy to work with, and was happy to accommodate our Covid-cancelled wedding date, and reschedule us without an issue! She arrived promptly on time, and snuck in without a peep. She was dressed perfectly, and got right to playing with our pup, and making sure he was entertained. She was right there within arms reach during all of the pictures, and was happy to make silly sounds at him in front of all of guests, to get the perfect picture! When he photobombed a family portrait by sprawling out across my train she was right there, getting all of the candid photos and whisking him away with distractions of snacks once everyone got a good laugh. When it came time for the ceremony, she quickly made sure he got a potty break, cleaned up after him and fluffed him back out to perfection. She felt like a member of the wedding party to us, and we could not be more grateful or appreciative. She was happy to deliver him home, and locked up for us, and checked in to let us know everything was set. I HIGHLY recommend her for anything you need for your pups!!

Extremely unsafe clinic. They lost all of my dog's medical records -- years of history I handed…read morethem in person and emailed multiple times. They even had the wrong owner information and refused to correct anything when I called. A staff member flat-out refused to accept updated records. I am a medical doctor, and I can say confidently: losing medical records like this is dangerous. Your pet could get duplicate vaccines, wrong treatments, or be denied emergency care because this clinic has no idea what they've done before. Their negligence has now disrupted my international travel because my dog doesn't have the documentation he needs -- all because this clinic cannot keep records. If they mishandle my dog's file this badly, I'm terrified for what could happen to yours. Proceed with extreme caution. The vets are great but the management of this clinic and its records is very unsafe for pets.
