All four of us ordered the 6-ounce filet, each with our own preference for how we wanted our steak cooked. Every single steak came out perfectly cooked! The wedge salad, glazed carrots, and seasoned broccolini were the perfect complements to our meal. And we couldn't leave without dessert! The chocolate sheet cake and lemon blueberry sheet cake were both delicious. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. From the people setting up the tables, to the host at the door, the person who seated us, our waitress, and everyone else who assisted throughout the evening--every person was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. I ventured out here from Oklahoma City after a couple people recommended me to try this establishment, and I am glad I did! The main highlights are below: Burnt Ends - Oh boy this had a lot of flavor and was very moist! This was definitely a delight to have. Pork Ribs - The staff was correct in ensuring I tried to Pork Rib. The pork fell right off the bone and was soooooo flavorful! I honestly could have had only pork ribs for my meal and feel 100% satisfied! Apple Pie BBQ Baked Beans - I was VERY surprised at this side. The store has a nice variety of merchandise, with plenty to browse without feeling overwhelming. What I especially enjoyed was finding several local products--those are always the things I look for when traveling because they make much better souvenirs than something you could buy anywhere. Definitely worth stopping in if you're exploring Arcadia and Route 66. Be sure to walk around back while you're there--the enormous mural celebrating Arcadia, Route 66, and local history is worth seeing too!
