Bad experience with a single employee…read more 4/30/26 between 7-730pm. My sister-in-law was lining up to pay at a register which she didn't know or wasn't sure if this particular cashier/register was closed as he was still attending to one customer ahead of her. So she asked if he was still open. He responded with I am and was typing something away and then in the filipino language remarked," Ang kulit nito." Which in English translates to, "This one's annoying." Unbeknownst to him, my sister-in-law is also Filipino. So she told him she understood what he said and that it was poor customer service on his part and that all he could've said is he's open or closed and she could've moved on but he was being very rude. And he continued to ask my sister-in-law if she knew her mother which was said in a tone as if to threaten her. She then reported him to a so-called floor manager on duty who clearly wasn't interested and she left furios and called again today to report it. We are going back to this Hobby Lobby to file a formal complaint regarding this behavior by this particular employee who thinks name calling in his own native language, who we happen to also speak, is normal behavior for a Hobby Lobby representative. Shame on him and shame on this branch if they don't do something about his behavior. From name calling to threatening customers by who his mother is/was or whathaveyou. There more likely is only one Filipino cashier there or employee who does the register as well.

I think all the Hobby Lobby is greatly planned because they always make sure they have a big parking lot which I love! also their stores are always clean and neat and easy to browse the things they sell. Employees at this location are always friendly and they always have a variety of selection which I love so I do not have to keep going on any other stores, basically this is my one stop shop. As for the value they always provide great quality here. I even purchase a table here and it still looks wonderful. if you are looking for a birthday party, crafts, puzzles, pain, any theme parties, weddings, artificial flowers and many more this is the place to go to!

This TJX may not have as much as most other TJX, but it sure is clean and neat and easy to shop…read more Being use to shopping in a more chaotic universe of NYC not seeing clothes all over the floors and draped over the racks and in the wrongs spots is definitely a change. Although I am sure that during busy seasons everyone can turn a bit piggy when it comes to putting things back from where they originally got them, it's nice for a moment to feel a bit more relaxed during the shopping process. During this visit I was finally able to find a tiny bath mat which had eluded me during my other visits to TJX competitor's. You would think finding a tiny gray bath mat would not be hard, but it's been like finding Waldo. G found some basketball shorts and some "housepants" whatever that means. Now days everyone wears everything out so what's the difference? MY BFF has a dog so I bought a dog biscuit jar so Coco can have her treat jar when she comes over and then I scored a cool backpack marked down to $20. I also met a lovely employee by the name of Woa who was super helpful with getting me a price on the dog biscuit jar. I told Woa that I took the jar from the display but that there was no price on it. He took the jar to the front and was able to get the jar priced for me and held the jar for me at the register. G also ran into Wao on the sales floor and Wao also asked G if he needed any help finding anything. During check out we met Nannette, who was also very nice. We asked her to pass along info to the store manager about how helpful Wao was during our shopping experience. So this was a definitely a 5 star shopping event.

But the amount of disrespect I have encountered recently has really put me off from shopping here. While the shopping experience is usually good with short wait times in the checkout line and friendly staff. Recently I have encountered one of the most hounding and uncaring staff member. This employee was constantly giving attitude to not just me but other customers as well in the fitting room, and would constantly turn her nose up at everyone that came through. Not only that but she constantly was plugging her "witchcraft and demonic" items to not only her fellow employees but to customers as well. Usually this wouldn't bother me but the constant hounding got bothersome quickly and really pissed me off. I'm pretty sure most businesses do not allow soliciting on their grounds and hope this gets solved quickly.

The store is divided the east side for plus and west for regular sizes. They carry shirts, blouses, camisoles, tank tops, under garments, pants, skirts and dresses. They also Have cardigans, dusters and vests. They also have shoes, socks and sandals. The prices are pretty reasonable. The store is usually clean and the service is good. Checkout can be a bit slow but that is true for all Cato's. I do like that if you find something you like and they don't have the size, they will check other stores in the area and can have it put on hold for you.

I have been to one other in Jacksonville and this one is so far the best. The store is a very good size and they carry both regular and plus size clothing. The selection is almost equal regular and plus size which is uncommon to find in a clothing store as plus size is generally crammed in a back area. This store gives plus size a full half of the store. It is a refreshing shopping experience. So far the times I have been here I have been able to find something I like. There is a nice variety of clothing options and they carry shoes and accessories as well. The prices are also great, much lower than I had expected. If you find anything on clearance, it is sure to be a good deal.

I've been to other Beall's Outlets in Georgia, but this experience was great. It was easy to find items and not cluttered at all. I also used my royalty card and got a $5 coupon to use for a future purchases. It was a win for me. The location is also very convenient. It's in a plaza with a Publix and a new Gym. Three of my favorite things. Retail shopping, food, and working out. I'm pretty happy today.
