This being a holiday weekend we expected it to be busy but our group of 4 adults and 2 kids were seated right away, around 6:45. We ordered drinks, soda and water. Drinks came about 30 minutes later the soda and water about 45. Our sever seemed a bit frazzled and we Finally ordered our food around 7:40. We ordered a few more drinks and waited, very patiently. The server mentioned getting us some biscuits a few times but they never made an appearance. By 8:30 the restaurant was pretty cleared out but no sign of any food. Still no food at 8:45 so we told our server if our order hadn't been started we would like to settle our drink bill and go. Then someone named Peyton (hostess??) told us our ticket had only been in for 37 minutes and it would be another 20 minutes until our order would be done. I'm not sure if our server got busy and forgot to put in our order or what happened but we had been waiting an hour snd now it was going to be another 20 minutes. We said we couldn't wait any longer and requested our order be cancelled. When my daughter went to pay for the drinks Peyton told her to never come back.
