I asked them to do a replica of the flowers shown from a website and they did not deliver. They shorted me on the flowers and it wasn't filling. I had to buy additional flowers to make up for the lack of flowers. I also was not greeted like everyone else. I will not be coming back! read more

They are running a special today $12.99 roses cash and carry. You will not find more beautiful flowers and if you could you would pay three times as much. Overall easy experience online setting up my order and delivery for what is probably one of the busiest flower days of the year. However, I did make a phone call today to ask a simple question that I wasn't sure about. My question was if it was too late to upgrade my order to premium or not before the delivery went out today. I've never ordered from a flower service before so I'm not sure how everything works. The lady who answered the phone seemed annoyed with my question and she came across very rude. Instead of a simple "no I'm sorry it is too late for that" I was greeted with a rude tone which felt like the employee thought I was stupid for even asking. Customer service is very big for me as I work in customer service too. I will have to consider other options next time. read more

I chose Cottage Flowers for a delivery to Grabill, IN because they were recommended and because their delivery charges to Grabill were more reasonable. i ordered online, which I found to be easily navigated. The day before scheduled delivery, I need to make a change. I spoke with Judy (i hope that's her name) who was very friendly and helpful. My order was changed for SAME -DAY delivery without a problem. To top it off, this was the first florist I've used that actually delivered an arrangement pretty darn close to what the pictured arrangement looked like--I was very pleased with that. Since i was ordering from out of town (Los Angeles), I'm very happy with how my order was handled. I have ordered from other places in Fort Wayne over the years with less satisfaction at higher prices. I'll be sticking with Cottage for any future floral needs. read more

Ordered an arrangement from their website that had a purple vase and classy arrangment of roses and small flowers. The arrangement and vase that was delivered to my sister-in-law didn't look like what I ordered. It was haphazardly put together with daisies subsituted for the dainty flowers. I ordered an item online called "Florist's Choice for Romance". Next to the item is a picture of a bouquet of reds, pinks, whites. Romantic colors, right? Well, what my wife got yesterday was a woven basket filled with orange and yellow flowers, with faux brown oak leaves. Mind you it's a week after Thanksgiving, there are no leaves on any trees, and even a thin layer of snow on the ground. So not only did they not get the season correct, they also missed the whole "romantic" part of the order. I call, and a rude woman agrees to replace the basket, but never once apologized. In fact, she decided to argue with me over what the order said. According to her, nowhere did she see "romance" in the order, even though I offered to provide a screenshot of my invoice showing the picture of reds/pinks/whites and the literal word "romance". When they actually get your order right, and send it on the correct day, the arrangements are quite nice; however, in the two times I have used these folks, they have got the date wrong. These dates incidentally were valentines day and a person's birthday. The first time they fixed their mistake by re-delivering long stemmed roses on Valentine's Day. The second time, their fix for delivering a week early, was a horrible arrangement of some dollar a stem flowers in a cheap basket. I had paid for long stemmed roses. The only saving grace was that they became the joke of the mayor's office where they were passed around like the 'sad basket' (their term) they were. I would not use these people. read more

I saw on their website that there was still time for delivery same day. I looked at the options and got a bunch of things ordered and got confirmation. 4 hours after confirmed order, I get a call from the store that it is now past their delivery time and they will refund. The apology was a typical 'I really don't care but we are not going to be able to deliver what we guaranteed'. Terrible. Very disappointed. Now that is 4 hours later, I am not sure I can even find a place to have it delivered. Such unprofessionalism. If you actually want something delivered in a predictable manner, do not order from here. read more

My "Valentine's Day" flowers showed up on the 15th after 1 pm even though the delivery slip had deliver on 2/14 by 4pm. They weren't even apologetic. Excuse was that they "just didn't make it" I will never recommend this business. Super disappointed, highly suggest you do not use them for any important event or holiday. read more

The bouquet I received was beautiful... better than the picture. The pricing was great, too. I was not gouged for Holiday delivery. However, the flowers did not last long at all (they were dying within two days). Very disappointing.
