Throughout the past 10+ years, I have renovated many condos and homes and have consistently been most impressed with Ocean Granite in Little Egg Harbor. Jill is always so friendly and helpful. When I get into a jam with time, Dustin does whatever he can to get the job done as soon as possible. When it comes to installing the granite, Matt is great at what he does as well. Selection and prices are very competitive. They truly care about making their customers happy. Thanks for coming through once again for me during my most recent, stressful, and personal reno. You're the BEST!

Ocean just completed our project on Long Beach Island. building a home is truly a monumental task…read moredealing with literally dozens of contractors and their staff. Jill and staff took us from concept to completion with all our granite as well as our sinks. Not only was the install perfect but the professional attitude as well as the concern to make it perfect was impressive to say the least. The relationship they have with stone suppliers was also a plus, when selecting our stone the supplier had a monumental selection and made us feel we made an excellent choice of a fabricator as one of the top companies. As a combined effort of Jill, staff, installers, stone selection companies etc., the professional treatment was top shelf. On a different note, we've had granite done by another company many times for our two homes in the area throughout the past 20 years and have always been satisfied but now that the next generation took over we were put on the backseat as if we were nobody waiting for a call back, then with the cold attitude of the receptionist saying you will get a call. We were taken for granted and when the call came through when they finally decided they needed another job I happily told them unfortunately we have selected a different company who already has us nearly 30% of the way. Kudos to ocean Granite. Brew P.

Approximately 3 weeks ago I had a new garage door installed. The installers left my home and after…read morelooking at the door again I realized they only put one screw in the opener bracket attached to the door. Reason being is that they over drilled the hole and it was too large to hold it . Hi Before they left I asked if there was any problem with the door opener and they said no. At this point I paid and tipped all three installers. I found no screws on the ground meaning that they realized what they did and never tried to remedy or tell me about the situation. I then texted the salesman Mr. Joe Quinn telling him what occurred and sent him a picture of the bracket in. He said we will send someone out to correct it. In the meantime I ordered a reinforcement bracket and installed myself. No one has contacted me since the install and thank God I'm handy because I was unable to use the door until I corrected the problem 2 weeks later. In fairness door was nice -company was prompt -and until I discovered the issue all was fine. Next time I will pay anyone who works on my home by credit card so issues like this can be contested. Who pays me for my time on something that I paid someone else for? Will not use Liberty Door in the future nor refer. Tony A.-Barnegat NJ FYI- Stiil haven't heard from Liberty. It is more important to follow up with customers when there is an issue!!!
