Although they opened ten minutes later than advertised Has to call them once or twice during the tenancy and this is was the first red flag-slow to respond and get back to us, and I also requested a copy of our lease several times and never received it. Was directed to the landlord who kept telling me to call the agency. Move out was totally different scenario. There seemed to be total lack of communication between landlord and agency. They weren't sure who should return out deposit and how much should be returned. When I questioned this I was sent from pillar to post with no firm answer. In the end they also insisted we were liable for their fees (this was never mentioned to us before, nor I have experienced this in any other property I rented in Dublin) and took it from out deposit. Eventually got some deposit back after six weeks. Overall very mediocre experience.

I didn't! ...the drapes? nope, I failed miserably, she had to go herself!

Actually, if you need a carpet at the moment you could be lucky enough, as we were, to find a fabulous one at an even more fabulous price in their 'end of roll' pieces which they are selling off - but be sure you have your correct measurements. Lovely friendly staff and extremely helpful. The fitter who was an outside agent for Carpetright was equally businesslike and efficient - he arrived to fit the carpet on the agreed date and called me in the morning to tell me approx. what time he would be arriving. He even called again later to say he was running a half an hour late. Now that, to my mind, is excellent service all round.
