Do NOT get your tires here! They no longer carry much stock so, if you need one, it could take two weeks. I was originally told less than a week and then the manager James said the tire could come from as far away as Vancouver and may take another week so there was nothing he could do. Then it was suggested I drive around on the spare tire which is a donut. Perhaps he should read the warning on the side of the tire to not go over 40km/hour. This is not the level of service I expect from this store. By not keeping stock they are making their problem my problem and, potentially, yours. Unacceptable. read more

I love how customer service likes to tell me how many Costco I've visited, its usually my landmarks to destination because easy take out , clean washrooms, tire nitrogen top off and his location samples are big. I stopped in here while waiting for my client to show up at the Montana nearby, I pretty much ate appetizer at Costco. Oh yea and this is for my visit in 2019 when samples were still handed out. Same usual big parking lot, same usually stock I didnt see anything unique. read more

Watch your prices. Not always cheaper. Also I was sick, vomiting, diarrhea, etc after eating the precooked chicken. Reported it and got $$ back but my concerns for those who dont report it and one day someone may due! I dropped into this location hoping to get an oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle. Surprise, surprise, they don't offer anything but tire work. So, Plan B was invoked and tire rotation it is! Jeff in the Tire Centre explained that it was a 2 hour wait; I have lots of time on my hands at the moment. He queued me/my vehicle up but also took the time to update my online customer file. Apparently, 3 other previously owned vehicles were still on file. Deleted! After inquiring about all-weather tires and their quality, performance, and pricing, Jeff relayed the very positive customer experience/feedback and the fact that I would save over $200 for four tires compared to what was now installed. The kicker was that tire tread life expectancy was 100,000 km. Amazing information! I said he sold me...on my next tire purchase. That's five-star customer service! Terrible. I went there with my American partner. He is an American and bought some items but was advised that they only took Mastercard and he only had a Visa (which they only use in the U.S.). He asked me if I could pay with my MasterCard. The cashier started interrogating us about our relationship. I believe she was homophobic. She was very surly and said that I couldnt pay for his items. We left and subsequently contacted Head Office. The store manager contacted him and we advised her that the cashier surely needs better training and the issue should be addressed and rectified. We asked her to contact us once this had been done and we would refrain from posting a bad review. This never happened so we can only assume this was never done. Shameful. read more

Standard bulk savings. Not everything is dxpensive-you can actually save money here. Parking spaces are extra-wide, but people still hit your car with their fist when they think you're close to them. read more

I mean... who doesn't LOVE Costco??? Always busy, but it's Costco so its okay. My favourite part is obviously the food samples, but I also love finding new things to try, and the great price and quality of their products. 11/10 would recommend Costco. read more

A standard Costco. Has pharmacy at back, optometrist at front. Taste testing if you can find them and get your hands on anything.

I have always had great experiences with Costco Sudbury, Ontario. returns excellent, replacements great, purchasing different products not able to fine else where wonderful, groceries awesome, savings are good but have to watch and calculate to see if best value, most of the time it is for my shopping needs. Ok I get it. If you don't want to shop there don't pay them 55$ a year to do so. I dole out the money every year because I do get some good deals. However you really have to know your prices to take advantage of the savings because some things are actually quite pricey and do you really need everything in bulk? For a store that you have to pay to shop at they don't give away much. No bags, no check out staff unless specifically asked, do not take any CC accept American Express. In all Costco really acts as though they are doing you a big favor allowing you to shop there. Just paid my membership up for the year. I went in thinking about the great deal I was going to get at the Pharmacy. The item I had in mind sells there for just under 10$ which is roughly half price ( that said, I can get this same price at Hermans IDA on Regent but he wasn't open). So I left 70 dollars lighter with my 10$ item : ( Every year I vow, never again. read more
