We reside out of town and bringing car in was a minor inconvenience as I had to leave it for a day, then come with another vehicle and grab it. One day I left my car for an oil change and was promptly billed for it and reassured it was all done. I found the vehicle at the very same spot it was left by me and according to the odometer it was not moved for 1/10 of a mile since I parked it. In theory it is only possible if they drove it to the bay and then backed it up into the same very spot in the middle of a busy day. Ok, the oil appeared much darker and more consistent with the oil that had been used for few thousand miles than the freshly filled one. Inquired about it next day and was reassured it was all done and they just switched to a different darker looking brand of oil for changes. I was not born yesterday.
