Smart & Final Extra! is finally open. The old store was cramped with tight aisles and limited…read moreproducts. This store is much large. It is new, clean with wider aisles and more products. Smart & Final is like a grocery store with warehouse quantity & prices! This store store has more fresh produce & better looking, more groceries and the both regular & large size products so I don't always have to go to a club store. The meats also looked better. Smart & Final also carries things like restaurant supply, foodservice, packaging and janitorial products. I used to get the butcher block paper for student use-it's cheap & works well. It's great if you need supplies for a school or job site. I am much more impressed with this Smart & Final than the former store. I recommend it & will definitely be back!

He went above and beyond by dropping off samples, clearly explaining the differences in materials, and even flagging things I had not considered, like recommending gopher wire installation based on my area to help protect the turf long term. They still charged him the $1 for the instant check. I went the next day and was denied cuz I didn't have a RealID or a birth certificate. I reviewed the laws before going to ensure I was compliant. After being denied I asked if that was corporate or store policy which they denied. They said it was state law. My understanding is RealID is only required at gun shows. The big irony is I've purchased 2 guns from this store. Don't go here for guns or ammunition.

She got mad because I said if you can't make a decision or have Trouble, you can call the manager to help with the price discrepancy ! She walks away and said that "I was going to change it but you want the manager!, fine! ( with attitude) She walks away and ignored me, not even calling the manager. I have to demand her give me the manager. I am told that this is the training provided that all cashier gets when is regarding a price challenge of $.30, have the customer to walked back and not offering the actual advertised price. She made me like a thief or liar, just can't believe that Home Depot doesn't value us as customer. It does made me rethink that we can go somewhere else what has price more accurate to avoid future dispute. Not just the store manager needs to aware of this but it's district manager, this is a small town that many people wouldn't complaint and stay quiet but I wouldn't! I want to make sure your management team understands this frustration! Their third party installation service told me they would be to my house in 10 minutes at 1:05 pm…read more At 1:38pm they asked of they could have another ten minutes. No, problem as I have worked in customer service and understand that things easily go wrong. Two hours later they showed up. One employee asked where the metal hoses were for my pedistal washer, I explained he never left nor mentioned those (mind you, he said he the metal peices to the hoses for the big washer were corroded and he would have to re-schedule the installation. Still, not a problem so I got it fixed). When they areived I asked that when they need to go in/out of my back gate to please make sure it was closed because of my dogs got out they would run away. I had to remind them three more time because the gate was wide open. The fourth time I found the gate open I told them that this time one of them could shut it. One of them looked right at me and locked the gate while saying he did not know how to do it. That being said, the sales and management team were awesome. If you buy from Home Depot ask for Hilda. Of there is a problem the manager I dealt with was Linda. Amazing customer service!
