Most if the time they have snacks and other stuff that you can taste from, they have pretty much everything you could ask for. Food, clothing, cleaning products, some furniture, and also a pretty sweet fast food "resto". The menu is pretty basic but I'm sure that's a huge money making profit for the company. Im still living with my parents ( for now ) and I dont need a card yet, but I'm getting one as soon as I leave. They have just everything and its a great place if you want to stock up on thing. A true paradise. So finding Mayrand was an interesting and clever treasure hunt. Back in the late 80's my dad would take us to a place in Winnipeg called Jensen brothers. This was pre-Costco and a true cash and carry. This was the type of place where you could get some smoking deals on large quantity items. Discovering Mayrand was an exciting and intoxicating display of goods in large quantity. Do you need a 14L pail of Ice cream? Probably the hell not! Unless you are having the whole neighbourhood over for a block party. Or do you need a whole leg of prosciutto? If your family is from Italy or you are having a feast you may need one! Okay folks, Mayrand has quantities for everyday shopping as well. Lots of items! Pretty much every department. They also have a huge restaurant and commercial business side catering to restaurants, bars and other food service outfits as well. I will be honest with my review. It's not all unicorns and gumdrops. I did buy a very cool sharp oyster knife and did search on Amazon after and found it for $20 less. Yes I was a tad pissed. I did want it ASAP though to shuck the two dozen oysters I just had purchased. So shop and understand your prices. Some items here are hella cheap. Think bulk quantity. If you love shopping at Costco you will love their different product assortment. It's just off the A25 on the cusp or Anjou/RDP. Oh yes also. I am not a business owner and the only appeal I find in buying in bulk is to try to save money however everything was on the expensive side. Unless you absolutely need certain items in large formats, it's not worth it to shop here because you aren't getting a good deal. The store itself is new, organized and very clean. It is smaller than a costco or the Mayrand in Anjou and doesn't have much fresh produce. I found great selection of beverages and packaging supplies for instance but the food itself is nothing special. I wouldn't recommend this over the competitors.

My visit was for not more than 20 minutes, I went quickly through the aisles and honestly wasn't impressed. Don't except to see more than 2-3 items that you don't easily find elsewhere ..... packaging-wise that is not exclusive like at Costco. What didn't impress me the most tho, were their prices. Some items were priced just like any other usual place and some were even higher. So really right there, I started wondering the purpose of this place and why should I come back here. So far, I've found none. Perhaps restaurant owners will find a value here bcs they have a program for them that gives back 1% off their total purchases. Meh, may be there's a value there for them but for an end user, you get nothing much besides an above average prices. The basics are there, especially for my purposes (diapers, juice box, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). But there seems a lack of real variety here. I've never been to any other BJ's so I don't know if the absence of a food station is a standard. If you get caught with hunger pangs in the middle of your shopping, McDonald's (or Taco Bell) might be your only choice for a quick fix (or wish hard for free samples). Positives: It never gets crowded and they have their own gas station. And I can pay with cash, debit or even credit (which I can't in Costco or Sam's Club). Negative: No food service area; food items aren't updated (so be cautious about expiration dates!) and it can be very creepy inside because it can be very empty even on a weekend.

After talking to 3 people, only one person was honest to tell me that they were never ordered. i told them that I have ap roblem as my last set will be fully used in a few days. They only said that they would order and if could take a long time. They would give me copy of the order. I told them to forget it. It is obvious that there is no effort to help resolve the issue.
