This is a nice Costa Coffee location, located close to the platforms in London Victoria Station, it is tucked away at "Victoria Island" but the location within the station remains good. There is some seating on the station concourse (this can get pretty cold) and a limited amount of seating (only enough for 2 or 3 people) inside the physical branch.
I was pleased with this Costa branch, and I am not generally a huge fan of Costa. My iced gingerbread latte was good, I was disappointed that they only go up to a medium for some reason. I mean, if I want to pay for a bigger drink why can't I?
I had a couple of issues with the staff here, I had to repeat my order a couple of times to make sure they understood everything that was frustrating. The barista also angrily shouted my order at another customer even though she was picking it up for me as the drink area only allows one person to stand there at any time.
3* - A good place to grab a quick coffee if in a hurry ahead of getting a train from Victoria, above average for Costa, but not really a nice place to sit for any length of time with a drink (Tables poorly maintained in cleanliness), there is much better around London. read more
