This is one of an increasing number of branches of Costa Coffee located within Tesco stores. Now, I'm not normally one for having a coffee before shopping - I regard supermarket shopping as one of those unpleasant chores that is best accomplished as fast as possible.
However, yesterday saw my other half and I shopping on Saturday morning just before lunch, with a bit more time to spare, so I was treated to a Latte and a cinnamon twist.
It wasn't half bad either: the coffee was decent, and my other half got a huge mug of tea (almost a bowl) for 99p. If you bought sandwiches as well, it would end up being a bit more pricey: as it was, a tea, coffee, caranel shortbread and cinnamon twist came to nearly £7.
But service was very pleasant and efficient, the tables were clean and cleared quickly, and, being located at first floor level, at least you are not looking out over supermarket shelves.
